It is nice to find a Pizza Hut that is not dropped all standards yet they had great customer service for the late hour that we came in and I was surprised by how good we are when all the Pizza Huts we have gone to in the past few months have really dropped the bar. Our food tasted like food and was enjoyable. It was everything you can hope for from Pizza Hut it was greasy and yummy I hope to come here again

Ordered a pizza for delivery online at 2:30 on Tuesday, December 1st. Within a minute of placing the order I received a phone call telling me that they didn’t have any drivers until after 5:00. The manager who called asked me if I would like to pick up the order. Uh, NO! Find it hard to believe that a place that advertises delivery can’t deliver every hour that they are open. Not good!

This is an update to my last review. My last one was bad but I have to say that since that rude management left there has been a change and for a positive. The customer service has gone up. The new management is really good. James is a Good employee.

Always had great service and have never had a anything burned or undercook. This Pizza Hut is by far the best I’ve ever gone to.

Nice new building in Iowa city. The seating area and buffet seems to look nice and clean. Good deals. The pickup service was a little bit slower than what they estimated but that is understandable.
