This was my first time at the Irondale location and it will probably be the last. The bartender forgot she worked in a restaurant and acted like she was in a busy bar in the Lakeview district. She was loud and condescending to her coworkers. It made for an unpleasant dining experience. Since I was dining alone, I was seated in the bar area. My waitress was good but as soon as the food was delivered she was nowhere to be found. Had she been around, I could have told her about the food problems. I can’t fault her — the bartender couldn’t do anything except bark complaints and orders. I had a problem with my steak and instead of making it right, I was made to feel like I was trying to pull something over on them. I just wanted a steak that was cooked well and wasn’t of a mealy texture. Who argues with a customer about how poorly a steak tastes? I eat at Logan’s regularly and have had eh dining experiences, but never anything like this.

The food here was good, staff were nice as well. It was close to where I was staying and I would try them again if in the area. I had a to go order and they forgot my steak sauce but other than that no complaints.

The stake and lobster was okay, salad was a bit too cold. I did not like seeing the waitress clean the seats with the same cloth she cleaned the table with, Yuk!, then put the flat ware in a glass half filled with soda. Glad I had eaten first. May have think about eating here again.

Our waitress was very nice and friendly. We’ve been on the road for hours and decided this would be a good place to stop, sure enough it was. I’d recommend anyone whose on the road to stop by and enjoy the company of the staff :)

Love this place including most of the staff with the exception of the overly RUDE bartender. Sitting at a table, needed a glass of water — he could not be bothered and was rude!

As far as chains go, this is one of my go to spots! I love the mesquite grilled chicken with broccoli and your choice of side. The staff at this location is always friendly too! We arrived 20 minutes before they closed on a Sunday, and our server was absolutely amazing!!! Wish we got her name!!! She was so cheery and our food arrived very hot and fresh, even when they were closing in 20 minutes. We never felt rushed and we enjoyed our meal!

Went to this Logans and ordered a ribeye bone in steak medium rare. The steak was absolutely wonderful. It was thick and juicy. Have not had good experiences at Logan’s but this one really hit the mark! My wife had grilled chicken she said it was cooked all the way through and very moist she really enjoyed it! So I will be returning to this Logans. Just saying!

The terriaki chicken and broccoli was delicious ! This place is very close to my office and when you have guys in your group who like meat… well this is where you go! There are several things I like about Logan’s… you are seated quickly and you have peanuts on the table to eat while you are waiting on your food. If you are watching your weight there are plenty of salad options(you just have to be careful about everything except the kitchen sink on it!). I have almost always changed something on my selection and they have always accommodated my requests. The prices are what you would expect from a chain but they did have a special yesterday for two meals for $ 14. Not bad considering you can have something a lot healthier than a burger and fries for the same price.

Generally pretty good as far as inexpensive chain steak shacks go. The staff is always well trained and polite. Steaks are always cooked to my liking and the sides are also tasty. Now… The not as awesome part. DONOTENTERTHEBUILDINGATALL if you have a peanut allergy. It’s a bucket on every table full of peanuts and the floors are ankle deep in hulls. There’s also a very NASCAR vibe to the place. Overall as good as any other steak house in the same price range.

Saw the reviews onYelp and I was concerned. My mother and I were traveling through this area asked our hotel staff were to eat for steak and they said Logan’s. After arriving were quickly seated and met our waitress«Rhonda». While she appeared to be quite stressed our concern over eating here were quickly diminished. Our order was perfect! Even the shrimp were done to perfection. After our meal I spoke with the manager and he and his team are in the process of clearing out any bad staff. I would certainly recommend Rhonda as your server any time. She was very pleasant and I enjoyed her as our server. I would give them 5 stars however I saw another server who was «Sagging» his apron eat peanuts while serving customers. Overall I think the new management will have this Logan’s back up to 4 stars quickly.

I sit at the bar and have a meal once a month(I travel and this is near my hotel) One Bartender, Lisa is awesome. Great service. The other is has no clue what is going on around her. Food is inconsistent and they took the only decent craft brewer off the tap.

The Tilapia with sweat potato and broccoli was very good. Service was nice, we a group of 20 in private room. They were very accommodating. They did not add any mandatory tip for a group.

After a long, wonderful weekend racing at Barber, our group was tired and just wanted to eat near by our hotel in Irondale vs driving downtown for a better selection of restaurants. We are not a group that likes chain restaurants, so we knew not to expect too much, but this was even worse than our already low expectation. I had a fillet with the sides of a baked potato & broccoli. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites of any of it because it was ALLCOVEREDINSOOOOOMUCHSALT!!! And while I admittedly don’t live on the mountains of salt that most American do in their food, I do like salt on my steak… but the amount the cook put on mine was OVERTHETOP!!! Why couldn’t they just grill it and let me add salt & pepper at the table??? The only saving grace was the Sam Adams; at least they had something besides Bud. Otherwise… HATEDIT!!! BTW, my opinion was shared by the bulk of the 9 people at the table. Some still enjoyed what they ordered a bit more than me, but we all felt like we would have been better off ordering Domino’s delivery instead.
