Consistently rooting for these guys as they’re in my neighborhood but drive thru is usually too slow, even for sassy coffee-​slow. Employees always friendly.

I work near this location so I stop here often for short sit downs to relax, swinging by to grab a quick beverage, and longer stays to enjoy two cups of coffee while reading and listening to music. When it comes to Starbucks, in general, I like the consistency from store to store and I think they have one of the best rewards programs. Until mid afternoon they will have two or three coffees already brewed if you are in a hurry and all day they will do a fresh pour over, letting you choose from several of their beans. This particular location stays busy, especially in the drive thru, but I have never waited too long inside. The baristas are really nice, there is plenty of parking, and they have three big leather comfy chairs. I love sitting in the comfy chairs. There is also a pretty nice outdoor seating area as well.

Consistently good service at this location. The line moves quickly and the people who work here are always a delight. It is always nice to pop in this Starbucks! I highly recommend eating here as well! They have great breakfast sandwiches! The egg white feta spinach wrap is awesome! Try it! You’ll love it!

I’ve been coming to this location for years now.
Pros: friendly baristas, clean, convenient
Cons: stays busy all day, which is good, but sometimes the drive thru wait time is very, very long! HOWEVER, I rather them take their time and produce delicious beverages rather than hurry and mess up orders and produce burned tasting coffee :) I don’t mind waiting in the lines…

I’ve been in Bham for almost 2 months and AT&T (cough cough I!) haven’t gotten around to ordering Internet. So when I need to do actual work I end up visiting different coffee shops around for free wifi and cups of coffee.
I like this location a lot. Not super busy, so I can get work done (I’m easily distracted), and they employee friendly baristas. It’s also far enough from UAB that I don’t have to worry about running into students when I show up in workout clothes and uncombed hair :)

Mixed feelings about this location — my drinks are always made properly, but there is one employee that’s always a little condescending. No need to be snide about what I choose to order, I always tip, and am only substituting a non dairy option!

Never had a bad experience, not once.
Nice people, relaxed, cool atmosphere.
I could nap there, it’s so calm.
Only thing I could say negative is: how about real coconut milk? That sugary stuff is not good. As an alternative to dairy, why offer something full of sugar and chemicals? Yicch!
Pro tip: don’t step off the curb without looking. Crazy people circle this place to get to the drive through. I ain’t even kidding.

I come here to work on my laptop sometimes, and the staff is always friendly and professional. My coffee always tastes like it is freshly ground and brewed, which you can’t say for some of the other Starbucks in Birmingham. I say this store deserves a Clover!

The employees at this Starbucks are definitely on point. I have only had ONE unpleasant experience here out of the likely 100 times I have been since moving to the area in August 2014. The drinks are always prepared expertly and the cute, little snacks are always fresh.

I typically only visit the drive through at this Starbucks close to my house. They get my order right every time and the employees are really friendly. They have great hours so I can get coffee early or really late. I’ve only gone inside a few times and it’s typically very clean. My husband takes my toddler in and they eat breakfast together and sit and hang out on Saturdays. Overall pretty good place to get coffee.

It’s Starbucks… quality & consistency met expectations! This is a relatively new location very cute with outside seating. My drink was good. The place was clean & the baristas friendly… I’m a regular at this location when on that side of town!
