I just moved nearby and have now been there 2 – 3 times This store is clean, well organized and the staff is friendly. I bit expensive(especially in the produce section), but that’s not controlled by this individual store rather than corporate(hence the 1 star drop) But I am happy there and will definite be back!

Convenient location, but the staff is terrible. Well, not everyone, but a good amount of them, I’m exaggerating a bit. Most of them act like they don’t want to work there. There’s a woman named, I think her name is Jamie, she’s super nice, if she’s working at check out, I make sure I go to her line because she’s so friendly. I don’t know who the store manager is, but they should really reevaluate this. I know that the majority of the staff deals with college kids all day and are probably sick of dealing with them, but when you’re not an annoying college kid, it would be nice to at least be treated like a human being. Props to Jamie. Be like Jamie.

The past few weeks especially it seems, I have seen some improvements with this place. I appreciate the organic produce and gluten-free selections. However, I never buy any meat here. I will go out of my way to another store to avoid buying meat here. I never have, and I know I’m not the only one. The salmon all has dye in it, not much in the way of organic meat, and hate to say it, but it doesn’t look too appealing either, so I don’t buy it. other sections of the store, though, are really great and I have seen steady improvements. I think they are going in a positive direction, and they’ve been trying to have more local stuff as well. Their coffee section just got better. I’ve been noticing more variety and wider selections of a lot of stuff, too. So that’s all good. Most importantly, I can feel that the employees really care and are very patient and helpful, so I hate to even say anything negative about the place…

Starting with the parking lot… hot mess. I don’t know if I came at the wrong time of day, or if this is just a busy place, but it felt like parking too way longer than it should. The store itself is pretty decent. There was good sales, a wide variety of food and produce, and all the contact I had with employees was good. Lines to checkout were decently long, but they actually went by pretty quickly. It is a typical grocery store, and if you shop the sales you can get things at a decent price. Honestly my biggest beef with this place is the bad parking situation. Leaving and getting out was quite a pain too.

Not really sure why this grocery store has such a low rating, it seems to be standard fare Albertsons if not better than most average grocery stores. You will be disappointed if you came to Albertsons looking for a specialty food store, it’s certainly not a Whole Foods. But it’s a clean, generally well-stocked, friendly Albertsons. It’s spacious and the staff members have been pleasant and helpful in the years I’ve gone to this location. Parking is good but produce quality can be spotty.

Albertson’s is a bit pricy, but the service is generally friendly, if not the type of service that is above and beyond. My main complaint with this place would be that so many of their offerings are sold out and not quickly replenished. It’s like their system cannot take note of which products are popular and order more of those. In this day and age, this is just bad business. If you have popular products, keep them stocked – otherwise you’re sending me down the road to Target and losing my business.

This is the nearest albertsons from where I stay at Irvine. It is the usual! I am not sure what a review for albertsons has to be like. It has all the products which a retailer like Albertsons would sell. It also has specials on christmas and new years where you collect stamps from your purchases and then you get their gifts. If you end up going here often for your groceries, then you might end up earning some of those goodies. Since its really near the place I live, I go there for all my groceries(except for Trader Joes in the next complex). All in all, it is ALBERTSONS at the end of the day and its just like one of those where you would get everything you need.

It’s inside a little plaza near a gas station USA and next to Del taco and Starbucks. The location is pretty nice if you live on campus-UCI. The people who works here are not always nice, it seems like they work depending on their mood… But over all, they have what I need an I’m content!

The two stars are only for the helpful employees that I have encountered and convenience. Other than that, I won’t be shopping at this location anymore, especially for meat. On three separate occasions, I have bought«fresh» bacon and chicken thighs from their meat and seafood department. The meat was not due to expire for at least 5 days, and on all three occasions the meat smelled suspiciously bad(the same hour I bought it). When I cooked the meat, it tasted suspiciously worse. I don’t know if they changed their supplier or what, but for the last 2 months they have been selling bad or expired meat, and labeling it «fresh,» which is an issue for a student or any sensible person who does not like wasting money on spoiled groceries. I hope someone looks into this… seriously.

Awesome service! We redeemed our $ 469 Fantasy 5 winning lottery ticket here and the lady that helped was so happy for us. She’s never seen that big of a prize before. Excellent customer service. She said she didn’t know if she had enough money in her register but said she’ll give it to us anyway.

Prob THE nicest Albertson I’ve ever stepped into. Always well maintained and kept fairly clean. Fair prices, though some of the food can be a little fresher(you get what you pay for) since we are in OC. The alcohol section has a nicely designated area for beer, kept in its separate internal cooler where you can go in and pick your hoppy-wheaty-bitter beers! Definitely keeps everything well stocked! Open late so good for late night groceries and food runs!

Today, they hooked it up. I got a swagtom of monopoly cards from this cool cashier chick. I’m no snitch so I ain’t gonna rat her out yo but she hooked it uppppppp! Check out my pic below! That’s what makes this place legit. The dope staff like balloon girl, who hooked it up with an ultra big balloon! Or balloon guy, who hooked it up with extra curly string. It’s their extra step in customer service and attitude that makes this albertsons my favorite Albertsons of all time. That’s a lot coming from me cuz I’m a Ralph’s guy through and through. Today, I had to rep the awesomeness from this cashier chick, whom I shall not name but she does have a c in her name. Dope stuff dude. Ps: sometimes they have guac samples here. Not bad. Not the best but pretty damn good for albertsons. Peace out a town.

Gotta love Albertsons and who doesnt. This one in particular has a set up that I enjoy the most and that’s their beer section. The people here are also very friendly and they’ll assist you when you’re in need.

Surprised to see so many positive reviews– selection is okay, but honestly this shop is ripping off everyone who goes to UCI because not many of us have the means to drive elsewhere. Prices are horrible and many students just aren’t equipped to afford that. With all of us here anyway, they’d make plenty of money with normal pricing. Hiking it up is just a douche move toward a bunch of people who have few other options for shopping. Not impressed with this treatment of customers or the shop as a whole, and come graduation I won’t be stepping foot in another one.

THISREVIEWISFORTHEPHARMACYONLY: I stopped by the pharmacy on Saturday with my prescription, but not my insurance information. The friendly pharmacist there that day was very helpful in trying to explain to me that the medication was extremely expensive without prescription coverage, and that they need at least the insurance ID number to check how much coverage I have. So over the weekend, I found my insurance ID number, and on Monday, I decided to call in to the pharmacy to get an estimated cost of my medication. The guy who picked up the call, David, spoke really fast, sounded like he was very inpatient. Wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and questions. Keep telling me they couldn’t do it for me without even listening to my request. He proceed to tell me to call the insurance company instead. Overall, the service was horrible. I would have given it no stars if that was possible.

They sell Asian snacks here, like red bean mochi and seaweed — whaaat Can you please stock those items at other albertsons, too?(ie, the one closer to my house!!) I also discovered the sale items in the back right corner of the store where the restrooms are. All of the holiday stuff are 75% off right now.

This is a pretty old Albertson’s location, but it’s trusty and reliable and that’s really all that I need in a neighborhood grocery store. I go here often because of the Redbox machines(rent a blu-ray movie for $ 1.50!) and to buy water(a big bottle of Crystal Geyser water is only $ 1 on sale). I really like the flexible hours. Open 6am — 12am, which makes it a great place for late night food/movie runs. This location was also open on Christmas day, which made it a lifesaver for last minute shopping. Basically, I’ve been to various Albertson’s locations and this is definitely not as big or nice, but it’s been consistently reliable and deserves a solid 4 stars.

Whether I go at 6AM or 12:45AM, the staff(most of the time) are always so friendly. I mean, people have bad days, and I totally understand, but in light of that, thanks for being awesome team members! Pricings in Albertsons is insanely random. One day, a carton of eggs are 4 $, and the next they’re 2 for 5 $. Chicken tenders were 4.99 $ a pound and skyrocket back up to 6.99 $ a pound. Fruits tend to stay the same price, though. This is like my «Safeway» back at home. Even though I buy most of my groceries are Trader Joes, there are somethings you can’t buy there(like the Chicken tenders hehe). The random prices make me want to rip my hair out sometimes though. Oh well! Parking can be a pain at times, but a few longer strides to walk won’t hurt anyone.
