Allstate Insurance: Robert Andrews

Robert Andrew’s Allstate office is by far the rolls Royce of insurance companies. Manuel Metzger (my agent) is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to your insurance needs. I personally have an auto/​renters insurance policy with them that is not only high in coverage, but the policy premium cannot be beat by any of their competitions. I am extremely satisfied and will not switch to anyone. I just recently moved from Newport Beach to LA and plan on always continuing my business with them. I constantly recommend them to everyone I know and have successfully forwarded them a few referrals, which all are satisfied. Picking the Robert Andrews Allstate insurance office in my opinion is a no brainier. Love you guys!

I have always bought insurance online and never had an actual agent that I could chat with and that even remotely cared! Since joining Allstate a few years back… I actually am on nickname basis with my agent, now Facebook friends, and share life’s events with each other. We actually talk less about insurance now (because we have ZERO issues) and just chat about our lives! It’s a great relationship and now friendship. Robert (Bobby) Andrews is the best out there and we just love him!

I’ve been with Allstate from 1998. The three times I was in an accident, all my needs were taken are of without the headache and stress that some people go through with their insurance company. I thought being treated with exceptional customer service from your insurance is a norm. However every time I hear about friends and family’s experience, they are not happy when dealing with their insurance company. Needless to say they were not Allstate customers.

Amazing office and located right in Irvine too! One of the best Allstate offices I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been an Allstate customer for 16 years and have had to switch around with a few agents when my original one retired.
Someone always answers the phone quickly and takes the time to answer all my questions. Manuel has been so patient with me as I have a lot of questions. Yes, I’m one of those.
With all the internet insurance companies out there, it’s tough finding a local agent that’s willing to help and do all they can to get you the best deal. However I’m old school and like being able to drop by an office and/​or speak to an office staff that knows me.
So if you’re shopping around, definitely give this Allstate office a call! They also offer Pet Insurance and Umbrella insurance too! One-​stop shop! You won’t be disappointed.

Robert was so helpful explaining my policy. My last insurance company wouldn’t even return my calls! He answered every question and helped me understand what I needed without making me feel pressured. He was really patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him when I need more insurance in the future.

Andrew was quick and responsive to my inquiries and calls. He explained and follow up with details information that was requested and went out of his way to make my insurance plan premium cheaper yet provided higher coverage amount between two other competitive qoutes. I was looking around to change my condo policy and I came across Robert Andrews on Unilocal.I read the good reviews about him and decided to give him a call. In all the years I’ve obtained insurance, this was probably the quickest and most efficient I’ve ever completed the process. It took about 15 mins total from start to finish, and that included Robert answering all my questions in detail about the different coverages. He was extremely thorough and this guy knows his stuff.
Robert also gave me recommendations and did not try to upsell additional coverages, but rather gave me different scenarios to consider, and did not pressure me at all.
Their rates are awesome too, I’m now paying half what I was paying with Farmers, and have double the coverage!
I will certainly recommend Robert to other friends and family members…

Just when I thought I was going to have to shop elsewhere for insurance, Robert helped me. He has a heart of gold and All State has excellent service. I highly recommend them for auto and home insurance.

I came to Robert not knowing much about insurance. He was very helpful in explaining coverage options, explaining his suggestions so I understood exactly what I was getting. I appreciated that he was honest with me about what he thought was best for my needs, not just what was best for his wallet.
Unlike many other insurance companies I have been to, he didn’t try to sell me a policy. He was more like an adviser than someone who was trying to make a buck. It’s hard to find honest people these days, so I would recommend Robert.
