My husband and I shopped here for all of our furniture. So far we are very happy with our furniture. Everything in this store is beautiful and their customer service is great. If you are not happy about something make sure you bring it to their attention and they will make sure you leave the store happy. It happened to me ! :)

Beware!!! I have been buying here for years and every time there is shady operations… no shows on appointments, prices marked down on sale but not disclosed as to why they are marked down so you think its just a good deal. I bought a piece of furniture that was marked 5000.00 but on sale for 3500.00. I asked saleslady Cindy why it was on sale and no reason other than to move furniture. I paid for delivery and then discovered the drawers were crooked and frame of entire piece was bent. They have sneaky small print on invoices that you sign that you are buying piece AS IS… I bought on sale… big difference… nothing disclosed on piece for being damage… they knew it was! They made me pay to bring piece back and said they were doing me a favor. No customer service… their delivery people should have picked up piece… My american express was backing me up and they actually told me I would lose…
I have heard many stories from designers and friends that have experienced similar poor customer service. Try shopping at Marc Pridmore Designs and Von Hemert Designs in NewPort if you want first quality furniture and customer service… You buy off the floor just like Ambiance with outstanding manufactures like Theodore Alexander, Stickley, Century, and the list goes on. Donna was fabulous and Von Hemert and Julie at Marc Pridmore!

Great selection and helpful sales staff. I bought a dining set several chairs and some great mirrors. Prices where good. Seems like they had a sale running. This place is bigger than its seems. 2 floors of furniture.

I LOVED everything in this place. However, it is pricey.

This place is great. Their prices are reasonable, and their service (ask for Maribella) is top notch. Maribella was able to help us find pieces for our office, help us talk through the design, and ultimately provide us the best layout for our space. The manager Navid was super easy to work with. On top of providing good pricing, he went above and beyond and was able to get our sofa detailed, scotch guarded, and delivered in the time they promised! We will definitely be coming back if we need more furniture! Awesome find!

This is an amazing place! They got all elegant furnitures inside. Cindy provided us the great service, she spent hours to listening to our request and helped us get the thing we want. And we will definitely come back!

We’ve been all over OC for days looking for a leather livingroom chair for my husband. Less than 20 minutes after walking into Ambiance Home we’ve found the perfect chair at a price several hundred less than what I was expecting to pay. What’s even better is that they sell off the showroom floor so you don’t have to wait 6 – 10 weeks for delivery. We’ll be back to Ambiance for sure.

My wife and I went in to look at some furniture for our new home. There were rooms full of beautiful furniture. We were left alone to look around and not swamped by salespeople following us around. When asked, we had very helpful employees who answered all of our questions. We walked out with some very high end furniture at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ambiance Home.

Love the décor here! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. You can take photos! Which was very helpful because my husband hates shopping. 1^st trip was the scouting trip, 2^nd trip was the husband approval and purchase.

I love this place. Great selection of Chic furniture for any type of home. Prices are great and staff are friendly and helpful. Our Interior designer Maribella was great and help my wife and I pick the perfect chairs for our living room. I will definitely go back to buy more stuff from them in the future.

This place is amazing. Incredible selection, fair prices and great service. If you’re not sure how to decorate your space, ask for Navid or any one of the very friendly associates here. They are all helpful and do not pressure you to buy. You’ll get tons of inspiration from just being in the showroom.

What a find! Ambiance home is the only furniture showroom with an incredible selection and affordable pricing that is available to the public. I bought my entire bedroom set off the floor in December and it was delivered by a great team within the next 2 days! I came back in yesterday during the sale and snagged a bunch of pieces for my living room and saved over $ 2,000 on unique, designer customed pieces. Can’t wait to come back in!

I was so disappointed with Ambiance Home and their inability to resolve the problem in a honorable manner. I ordered an item, it was not delivered as ordered and Ambiance is not taking responsibility or refunding my money. This is unacceptable.

This place has an amazing furniture and accessory selection! Everything catches my eye on every corner. I’ve been coming back once in awhile and they would always have new pieces on their showroom. Everybody in the store was very helpful as well. They have design consultants that helps you choose what pieces will work best for you. Another great thing is that they have another store in mission viejo that is extremely large and carries totally different furniture and accessories. This is one of my favorite places to stop by! I’ll definitely keep coming back :)

This is my go to furniture shop for everything in my house! There is something about this place that puts all the other furniture shops that I’ve been to shame. I think its because they actually know whats nice and what isnt and can make recommendations based on my needs not on their profit margins. Its been a long buying process for me because there are so many great options but I’ve finally furnished my house and couldn’t have done it without the great staff at Ambiance!
