The woman who I presume is the owner is knowledgeable and friendly but her staff is rude and lacks knowledge about the products, and even goes so far as to bore the customer to death with monologues to try to convince one that she’s right (even though the facts only prove her ignorance)!!! I educated her by showing her the information I found online but she didn’t seem apologetic for wasting my time!!! I’m not returning there unless I see the owner behind the counter, and I have in mind to tell her that she has incompetent staff.

The lady that worked at the counter blatantly lied and told me that I could only exchange «like-​for-​like» facial masks when the receipt clearly states that I can return within 14-​days for exchange OR store credit. I had wanted to exchange the masks that I bought for pricier ones to try, but she would only allow exchange of ones from the same company. I really dislike bad customer service and shady business practices. One can argue language barrier but I seriously doubted it.
I had bought the masks in the Cerritos location where the young salesgirl was super nice and friendly. She advised me on the masks so ended up getting 20 of them from her. Such a lovely experience to then have to deal with dragon lady who clearly is not following the policies printed on their receipts.
Businesses should know to treat all their customers nicely regardless of whether they are purchasing or exchanging things. Because you never know when you might be treating a potential customer who spends a lot on skincare, poorly and losing them through bad customer service.

I love their products. And most important is awesome customer service thanks MIN for the beauty tips. When buying here what I really enjoy are the free samples. I get to try what works best with my skin. I esp love the iope bb cushion. I’ll be back maybe sooner than later. — T

I was here on monday afternoon, and MIN was there to help me with all my questions:) I always loved their products since I lived in Korea and i was so happy to see them here in irvine! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of what she sells:) definitely coming back!

A small little skincare/​makeup counter located right next to the bakery and the florist.
I love the deluxe sample sizes they give when you buy items. It’s very effective for me since I like to use skincare products for 2 weeks or so to determine if I like it or not. None of those small little packets that barely last a day.
Products here are decently priced and works wonder. I’m in love with the Langiene Skin Serum which I received as a sample from here.
The lady that works here is very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked and she easily answered it for me.
