I placed my order from out of state; it was delivered within a few hours and the recipient RAVED about how pretty the arrangement was! Pleasantly surprised!

Our friend in NY ordered a bouquet to be delivered to us for our 50^th anniversary celebration. It was a gorgeous white bouquet, sophisticated and carefully crafted, and with a captivating scent that matched its beauty. The flowers lasted really well, and the memory will last at least another decade. Very much a cut above our other experiences with florists in this area. We would highly recommend Azar’s, not just for its uniquely attractive arrangements, but also for its outstanding customer service.

All I got to say is wow! I called and they delivered flowers to a nearby business in an hour. What a beautiful arrangement. My girl is no longer upset at me lol… Good work!

what a gem!!! This place makes great arrangements that last forever and they have great customer service. Granted every time I call I ask for Mona, so I suggest you do the same. Not that they are all not great, but she just knows what to do and what to say to make you feel comfortable and make sure your order is right. I know it is a business, but I really appreciate that she calls me before my anniversaries, before V day, before b days. Hey keep up the good work.

My husband ordered some some flowers only with the condition if they can make it to deliver them before 1:30. Of course they agreed since it was placed at 10:30am. Well, about 1:30 when I get off work my husband calls asking if I received something at work… NOPE! long story short I had to go to the flower shop 1 hr away to see if my flower’s were there. When I was there my husband was already on the phone with them telling them I will stop by. The driver was out delivering flowers and she mentioned my flowers were delivered earlier. I was like how can they when I left work at 1:30 and I didn’t receive anything. So they make me another set because they do not have a CELL phone to contact the driver. He is one of our BEST DRIVERS they said. So I take off with my flowers. About 2:45 I receive a text from HR that I got flowers. WHAT! ok so on 3 way we call the shop again, the owner giving us a hard time and stated «ITS VALENTINES I’m JUST GLAD YOUR WIFE CAME TO GET HER FLOWERS THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS, how can you say that when you didn’t get them on time! she got them after she left work. She said she will send her driver to pick up the second set that was delivered since I picked up a set at the shop! We told here were didn’t want a SECOND SET all my husband wanted was for me to get them at work. She was being sarcastic and said I WILL NEVER FORGOT JUAN & GABINA on VALENTINES DAY! ok, that pissed me off! I was we are the customer who didn’t get the flowers and you are saying this? REALLY! 119.00 for a dozen roses of course delivery included, wait how can they charge him delivery if I PICKED UP MY OWN FLOWERS! UHHH! So I come to work and MY FLOWERS (2^nd set) are GONE! YUP THEY PICKED UP THE 2ND SET THAT WERE DELIVERED AT WORK! What a freken disappointment of these PEOPLE! I will post this everywhere to make sure people here at work and family n friends will not order from here!

I have been going to Azar’s Florist for many years and they always provide the highest quality flowers, arrangements and customer service. Hands down the best flower shop I have ever been to.

Went to Azar’s because of the great reviews, but they did not give us the results we expected whatsoever. The floral arrangement was for a coworker who just got back from her wedding. She’s young and has a carefree style, so we picked out a photo from the Azar website that seemed to fit her– oranges, yellows, reds, some wood accents.
What we got was pinks and purples that was weirdly tall and seemed more appropriate for a funeral than a congratulations for a young woman. When we pointed out that the flowers were nothing like the picture from colors to flowers to general style, they threw in some more tea roses and chopped it down a bit. We were strapped for time so we just took the slightly edited version.
Now, only a day later the flowers are withered, which only makes the arrangement even more funerary. The customer service was okay, but the order was totally wrong and the flowers are ready for trash after a day. Not worth the $ 120 we spent at all.

When it comes to flower arrangements I’m very picky. I grew up in Moscow, where almost every flower arrangement is pretty much a work of art. Ever since I moved to Irvine, I was very dissatisfied with almost every flower arrangement I saw, because they looked like someone just threw the flowers together and put a cellophane wrap around them and handed it to me, so I would re-​arrange them myself before giving them to the person I bought them for.
That was until today, when I finally found Azar’s. First of all, the customer service is great. I was having trouble finding the place and the girl who works there spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me helping me find their location (I’m a bit of a retard when it comes to spatial orientation, fine, maybe not a bit). I made it there 15 minutes before their closing time and whereas in your regular Irvine flower shop they would be very annoyed with a last minute customer, Azar (the owner) was actually very nice and helpful. She asked me what I wanted the bouquet to look like and asked me about the price range, I showed her a picture and instead of trying to sell one of the pre-​made arrangements that they had in the store, she actually put one together for me and even threw in a couple of free peonies (usually $ 15 per stem). The girl who worked there was very nice and extremely helpful, we had a nice chat while I was waiting for Azar to finish the arrangement and even helped me to carry it to my car, because I had a lot of stuff in my hands already.

Here’s how you get here (same as my Tip): take MacArthur so that Google’s office is to your left (not immediate left, but you’ll see it) and 73 is to your right. After you pass the Jamboree/​MacArthur intersection, get ready to turn left on Fairchild into the parking structure of Newport Gateway. Enter the parking structure and turn right. The shop is located on the 2^nd floor. See the pictures for a map.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I was searching all over Orange County for tuberose flowers for my Mom. And, luckily Azar’s had them!
I had called and when I arrived, the bouquet of tuberoses were all ready and nicely wrapped in cellophane with a beautiful ribbon. Talk about great customer service!
The tricky part is that they’re in the parking structure of a tall black office building at the bottom level. But once you know that in advance, it’s nice to give them the business because they’re so sincerely nice and friendly.

They provided flowers for my wedding and every occasion since 2005. I don’t know where they get their flowers but by far the richest colors, biggest flowers and their staff does arrangements that are so beautiful. They get you the flowers on time, never late and their customer service is top notch.

Great Selection of flowers. The ladies really have an eye for what looks good. A little pricier than average but we have not been disappointed.

When I was in high school, I (and nearly everyone else I knew) came to Azar’s for corsages. They made really nice custom corsages for both guy & girl at a decent price.
MAJOR awkward part is that they are located in a far corner of Irvine, INSIDE a garage. But, once you find them there’s not much not to like! This is definitely a place where you have to call in ahead of time to order corsages for — they sell a basic one for school dances that isn’t listed on their website or anything. I remember my brother placed an order for a corsage like, the day before winter formal. I went with him so that I could pick up my corsages along with him, and we found that Azar’s had somehow lost his order. No problem! They made him a set of corsages right there on the spot within 10 minutes. Major plus points for customer service.
