My friend’s wife fail dawn while was walking on Christmas eve, I needed to send a bouquet right a way, called multiples florist in the area none were professional enough then suddenly I find them, I like the way she explains what she was going to do and the fact that she said will be delivered timely convinced me to go ahead, I am glad I did. They’re professional and good and you get discount lf you’re Unilocaling.

I have never bought flowers before (besides preconstructed ones at Stater Bros. or Walmart) so I was very nervous coming. However, after speaking to the employees, they cleared up any questions I had. Very helpful and friendly.

This is the place you go when you ask yourself «what do I get that someone that has everything» question. You will love the gift opportunities in here. All of their employees are super nice to you. Marsha, Jennifer and the rest will walk you through the store to help give you suggestions that always rock! Every purchase is wrapped and tied with a little floral piece which is great for gift giving too.

They have an awesome selection of flowers and gifts. If you need a special gift, they have a huge selection and offer something for every occasion. The quality and variety of flowers are the best I’ve seen.
Their service is terrific, they understand service and strive to satisfy every customer!

Marsha (the owner of Elegant Hive) is such a professional at what she does. She goes above and beyond to please her customers. Elegant Hive is not just a florist. It is also a cute gift store with one of a kind gifts. Whatever the occasion, you can find something unique to give as a gift or something amazing for yourself. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a floral purchase, Marsha will replace it at no cost to you. No questions asked. The ladies that work at Elegant Hive are super helpful too and will always send you on your way with your purchase beautifully wrapped. I highly recommend!

The best in Orange County I tip my hat to their staff and products. If you ever want to make someone feel good and at the same time make you look great you have got to stop into their gorgeous shop and check them out for all your floral needs and gifts

This place doesn’t even deserve a star! First and foremost, their staff here deserves an F. We walked in here with my husband and 12 month old daughter, not a greet, or a smile. Sour looks on those women’s faces, like they were unhappy to be opened the day of the Art Walk, or perhaps didn’t like people of color walking in there? Hmmmm. What a shame! I was happy to have found a cute store by where I live. Not anymore. The lady working the floor during the Art Walk was pretty much breathing down my neck, she was on me like a hawk. Probably thought I was going to steal something. The NERVE! So insulting! AND, I still bought something for my daughter, but you bet I returned it after the woman pretty much followed me out the door, and asked if I bought what I had in my had! Which I did, and she still asked for a receipt. Ugh! I get it, if I looked like a bum or looked like a thug, question the person, or keep an eye from afar, but to think that a decent family will steal a freaken knickknack… you’ve got to be freaken kidding me! Racist store for sure! If so worried about people stealing, you shouldn’t be in business, or have security check EVERYONE when walking out the door, and I mean everyone, including the white folks. Elegant Hive should be racist hive! RUUUUUUUUUUDE.

This is the loveliest little shop. I had been meaning to stop in since watching them open their doors. Today I needed a wedding card that didn’t come off the shelf at Target and I hoped they would have something pretty and unique.
They certainly did. I’m a veteran Internet shopper for all things cute and clever, but they have many things I’d never have discovered on my own. I did find a gorgeous and unique card for my friend’s wedding, and many other things (candles! so many candles!) I’m coming back for after my next paycheck.
What really impressed me, though, is how friendly all the women working there are. Part of the reason I had hesitated to visit before was that I was afraid they might be a bit stuffy (I am early 30’s, tattoos, not exactly their usual client in this older area). I never once felt that they were displeased to have me in their shop — just the opposite. All three of the women greeted me and let me know they were available to help, in a genuine way. When I checked out (just two greeting cards) the owner (?) wrapped up my bag just beautifully and added me to their customer registry.
I most certainly will be going back for gifts and floristry, especially at Christmas!

I called Elegant Hive a few days ago after reading all these wonderful reviews. My aunt is recovering from surgery and I wanted to send her a nice bouquet of flowers to wish her well. I called around 10 am, explained my situation, and had a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to my aunt’s home within a few short hours. The customer service was excellent. I asked for a text of the final arrangement along with an receipt. They kept every single promise. They were prompt and efficient. Everything was handled over the phone in a matter of 3 – 5 mins. Job well done! You get 5 stars and a new, loyal customer.

This is the best little store when looking for unique gifts and elegant flower arrangements. They even have very realistic silk flowers and can gift wrap whatever you purchase. Usually they wrap up my little purchases with a ribbon and some dried flowers. I mean really, who does that? It’s fantastic!
The reason for this review though is for their creativity and beautiful arrangement they did for my mom’s birthday. I just let them know I didn’t want a boring vase (I doubt they even have any in the store), pink, feminine, and some unique flowers. They did a great job, and only for a minimal fee they drove all the way out to Cerritos to deliver. Definitely worth a call if you need some impressive flowers!

This place really deserves more than 5 stars. Three key points that wowed me:
1. When I saw the arrangement, I was SO impressed. I’ve bought tons of flower arrangements before. None of them has looked as UNIQUE as this one. I actually didn’t even recognize them because they were so unique (I was expecting roses with those little white flowers in a clear vase).
2. Looked WAY more expensive than the price I paid for it. As I said before I’ve bought tons of flowers before. Paid ~70 for the flowers but this arrangement really looked like it was at least 150. I especially liked the stone vase it came in. That was a really great touch.
3. Service was phenomenal. I emailed them about an order change and got a call right after about the order change to confirm it. Moreover, they called me right after delivery to make sure that my bf got the flowers.
I’m never buying flowers from anywhere else lol.

AHHHHHHMAZING!!! WOW! So incredibly excited I found this cute flower shop in Downtown Tustin! You will not be disappointed with their service, attention to detail and creativity when it comes to flowers! I can’t wait to use them again! I just got married on May 9^th and I absolutely loved my flowers.
I was on a tight budget and getting married the day before mothers day doesn’t help. (Flower prices sky rocket!)
Marsha and her assistant designer, Jennifer I believe, were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I visited and quoted several local flower shops and no one was as affordable as The Elegant Hive was.
Which was a shock for me because this place by no means comes off as affordable.
All in all they helped me stay in budget while still helping me get the look I was going for.
My flowers were on time, fresh, and held up well.

I heard about the Elegant Hive from a few acquaintances. I happened to have a job across the street and since I arrived 20 minutes early, I had time to check out this flower boutique. My wife comes from a long line of florists and I’ve heard high praise for their quality and unique floral designs. They also have a vast selection of unique gift items, particularly cookbooks, which is where I got enthralled (and hungry!) and had to make a purchase. This boutiques unique inventory is perfectly suited for what I’d like to see in the heart of oldtown Tustin. I will definitely be back to check out the rest of the store and to order flowers!

I really wanted to like this flower shop because it’s so cute inside and they have pretty flowers. So I went ahead and spend $ 100 on Mother’s Day flowers. Today I went to pick up my flowers, I was truly disappointed. The flowers looked old and the arrangements looked awful. I asked the lady that was helping me out to make some adjustments along with where the bow was placed. When she brought it back, it was a little bit better. But still not pretty. I was so bummed. I give it 2 stars because they have pretty flowers and they have cute stuff inside the shop. But I wouldn’t order from them again :(

I’ve been coming to this boutique for a couple years now and try to make it in at least once a month. It’s the perfect place for a last minute gift, holiday home décor, and gorgeous floral arrangements.

I found Elegant Hive on Unilocal and I was impressed with their out of the box arrangements on their web-​site. Similar sites prices were at least 50% higher and none look like the typical FTD flowers (no offense FTD!).
I was sending long distance so I was hoping the great reviews were correct and they were spot on!
Their service was impeccable and the value was terrific. My mom said these were the most «exquisite» flowers I have ever sent her. Thank you Elegant Hive!

Unique selection of gifts for most all age ranges. Very pleasant women who are helpful and endearing.
They have an eye for design and are expert present wrappers! I will now make the trek to Tustin to check out their selection probably every few weeks.
As im a stickler for service, I couldn’t be happier with theirs.
