I’ve been working with BCS for years now, and they’ve designed and lead the installation of the phone and information system for three of our buildings and still maintain our network today. I love working with them because their staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. They take care of everything phone or IT related, so we don’t have to. Anytime we have any issues or new needs, BCS responds quickly and ensures everything is taken care of.

We purchased our system quickly with the help of Reza. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer Mario was also professional. This company has a great ticket system that tracks activities and even their letter head is very professional.
My only issue was that after a 15 hour install day, and an 8 hour training course, I came to work on Monday to find that none of the phones were working. After 3 hours, BCS finally came out to the job site. All of the phone cues were incorrect (potentially user error) and we could not make or receive calls.
Projects like these tend to have hick-​ups, and I’m glad they drove out to help us. Mario was great. I just can’t look past the 3 hours of lost business as a direct result of choosing BCS. I hope this is just an initial set up glitch and that things will improve.
The phones sound crystal clear.
