Horrible service, please stay away from this company! Very slow response time, no proper follow up after any technical issues. The client will not get a proper update on an issue. When reporting an issue, you may get a quicker response from their partner rather than PSI Network. They do not provide prompt service; they also have a terrible response time for our sales calls, requesting an upgrade. They claim to provide better customer service by escalating any issues we may have had by contacting upper management of their partners because of their long/close relationship. However, for our case, they made false promises and did not resolve any of the issues with proper explanation.

SHADYCOMPANY!!! I ended up suing them. They’ll tell you they take out 25% of your commissions for their«account management services» where all other brokers take 20% or less, to later find out their account managers do absolutely nothing to help your accounts or save the account. They also tell you«we get 20% from telepacific and 15% from time warner» but if you contact the carriers themselves you’ll find out they get 22% from telepacific and 18% from time Warner. They’re stealing from their own people. Don’t work with these guys they are liars and thieves and should be shut down. What the below comment fails to mention is they have been sued by several companies. There was no ending of business terms, we fired this company. Several of our customers complained about their services and we lost our largest client because of on going issues PSI Networks continuously created. Nothing but a head ache and over all low class of people to deal with.

Horrible… don’t let them trick you into terrible service. Make sure you understand and compare ONYOUROWN. They use your lack of knowledge of what certain figures mean to make you think you’re getting something you’re not. HORRIBLE.
