I live in LA but have made the drive down here to Irvine to get my brows waxed for the last 3 years. Carolann is totally WORTH IT.

Drove from Sacramento Ca to see carol Ann today supper happy with the way she does my eyebrows! Love it!

Carolann has been doing my brows for 3 years. she had to take a little medical break, and I am SO GLAD SHE’S BACK! My brows are flawless again!

After recently moving to the area, I asked a good friend for nearby brow waxing recommendations and she suggested this. I was skeptical at first… I’ve never had my brows waxed while sitting up or at the makeup counter in a mall before, and just didn’t think it could measure up to an esthetician at a spa/​salon. I was wrong! Lauren did a fantastic job re-​shaping and cleaning up my brows, and was incredibly friendly. The price is comparable to other places, and well worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

CarolAnn is AMAZING! I recently moved to the area and after over 10 years at the same place, had to take the leap and go somewhere else. I found the Benefit Brow Bar via Unilocal,and I am so happy with my decision to go there! I told CarolAnn how worried I was about going somewhere new (Brows waxing is scary and can go very wrong!). She walked me through everything she was doing, and showed me just how much she was going to take off before she did it. I felt very comfortable and my brows turned out GREAT! She even suggested a few products to help my brows look fuller and open up my eyes more. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Had my brows done today by Lauren they came out amazing she perfectly trimmed them and I’m one of the most pickiest person eve, I will be seeing Lauren every 3 weeks #satisfied

After countless eyebrow shaping FAILS, I have finally found my go to girl!
Carolann did an amazing job with my eyebrows, I didnt even know they had my eye brows could look like this!
I was also late to my appointment, I called ahead but she never gave me a hard time and helped me as soon as I arrived!

Carol Ann is positively amazing. I’ve had my very thick eyebrows waxed by dozens of aestheticians and she is truly the best. She really listens to what you want and is super friendly. I highly recommend her.

First let me say that Carol Ann is a brow goddess! I’ve been here before and had my brows done, I’ve kept them in shape on my own but after losing my tweezers and constantly forgetting to pick up a new pair they fluffed up. After searching reviews online I scheduled an appointment here with Carol Anne for a brow wax.
Today was my first time getting my brows done by her. She was friendly and polite. She started the appointment by cleaning my brows off and then marked them with makeup to map what hair she would keep and what she’d take. She walked through each step and checked with me to see if I approved of the map she made. She used hot wax, but it wasn’t so hot that it hurt. Waxing felt like a band-​aid being removed. Everything was comfortable and after one brow she checked with me to see what I thought and if I wanted changes. After the waxing, she tweezed any stubborn leftover hairs then concealed the redness the waxing left and went through by brows will a filling brow mascara. Then, I asked if I could have my foundation fixed since it broke up on me. She sent me over to another kind lady I didn’t get the name of and she fixed my makeup, which was very kind of them, amazing customer service and beautiful brows!
Definitely recommend going here and requesting Carol Ann to get flawless brows! I’ll be coming back.

I am very picky with who I let wax my eyebrows… I’ve had bad experiences in the past. This place was amazing, my eyebrows look better than I have ever had them. Carolanne like everyone else has said did an incredible job and I will 100% be back in a month (which is unlike me, I tend to forget to get them done let them grow crazy and then go) because it was such a great experience. Check this place out! I promise you will be happy once coming here. So glad I found this place!

My eyebrows were getting out of control and there’s only so much plucking I could do on my own to keep them in check.
Threading breaks me out, waxing makes me nervous — what to do? Oh yeah, let’s see what’s on Unilocal and who’s good at their craft?
This place popped up. I was shopping nearby anyway. It was time to put waxing to the test.
The Benefit Brow Bar is in the makeup section — not a place I frequent but what the hay? Clinique was nearby so maybe I should stop by there later for some skincare shiz.
Madison was the one who take care of business with careful precision. I sat down, yeah, first time sitting up for anything. Usually you’re lying down so that was a first to see people walking by and looking at you — awkward. Just gotta get used to it. I closed my eyes and let her work on me. She brow-​mapped me, had me look in the mirror to approve the shape, and then began to work waxing and then meticulously pulling out the strays. You have to be patient tho. It takes a lot longer than a normal threading job but guess what? You get great, fantastic results. I honestly think this is the best job that’s ever been done on my eyebrows. I freakin love the shape of my eyebrows and she brought back all the definition and I just wanted to kiss her.
If you’re bringing a card, bring cash for tip because you can’t tip on the card. Boo.
If you want amazing brows that you’ll be complimented for, look no further. It is a bit pricey but well worth the spend.

I have been going to see Carol Ann for YEARS. I am so glad that she is back, because she is the only person that I trust with my eyebrows. If you are a guy or if you have that special guy friend, she totally knows how to shape a man’s brows, and do them right.

Megan is amazing. I have been going to here for the past couple of months and have had a wonderful experience. I came in with eyebrows that had been thinned out and Megan has really helped make my brows look amazing. I have never been complimented on my eyebrows before but after 3 months of going to Megan I am getting compliments.
She has amazing attention to detail and will spend a long time making sure that the brows are even. She also outlines what she is to wax which is amazing, no more thinned out pencil brows for me. If you want an amazing eyebrow experience go see Megan.
