The sale’s Associates were all friendly and «Joan» helped me a lot with finding me different dresses in my size and bringing them to me at the fitting room ! I will definitely will come back again!

Worst customer service ever I always come here to get my wife’s work clothes usually good service they will come as ask me if I need anything today they just looked at me never asked if I needed help will not come back to this location and they clothes ain’t that cheap if they would have helped me I would have spent a lot more money there lost

Previously I had a bad experience with the customer service. The associate still works at the location and still has the same snobby attitude and still wont help me. But…
I recently went back to make a return from an online purchase. Miss Bianca assisted me and was incredibly sweet. She made the experience at the store so much better. I was going to walk out after the return, but she convinced me to look around after a couple of laughs about low rise pants compared to a mid-​rise. Bianca was incredibly helpful, she figured out exactly what I needed and brought it to my dressing room. She searched the floor for the sizes and styles I was looking for and still made me show her so she could comment on the way they looked. She went above and beyond. She provided excellent customer service. Thank you again Bianca!

Overall, I like the Loft. However, their demographics team needs to do a better job. Everytime I visit the store, the customers look 40 + Speaking for myself, I look good for 50, but I don’t want long sleeves with elastic binding my arms. Think 1970’s and bell sleeves. Think about shorts that don’t show 50 y/​o knees. If you need me as a consultant let me know!

To start, I’ve been shopping at Ann Taylor/​LOFT for years. It is one of my favorite places to browse and shop. As a working professional, I appreciate the business to more relaxed offerings. The styles are classic and sizing is consistent for the most part.
It is with regret that I rate my local store a 1 star due to poor customer service/​staff attitude. My friend and I decided to take a walk at the Spectrum this evening. Because she had something on hold, she wanted to make a stop during our walk. I happily obliged. We happened to stay about 10 minutes after closing. The taller of the two associates (young gal with blonde hair) was very sweet and helpful. She checked in with us and noted when the register would be closing.
The shorter of the two associates (young gal with dark hair) had the opposite attitude (associate #26). She is the reason for the 1 star rating. She assisted with my friend’s transaction and did not provide a balance on her card as requested. It was only after the purchase that a balance was available. Additionally, she didn’t even look up when we said good night to her. It was as though she had been inconvenienced by our visit.
In short, retail businesses cannot survive without the customer and a HAPPY customer is a REPEAT customer. While I am not one to write poor reviews, this experience has left me annoyed, not valued as a long time customer and not wanting to return anytime in the near and distant future.

I don’t always shop here, but I did stop in to take a peek.
I was able to find a nice shell and a pair of jeans that fit perfectly without that «Sag butt» I tend to get from my Gap pants by mid day (w/​o a belt).
The best part– normally I am avoided like the plague because I tend to look like a hobo when shopping, but Jenny was super nice in helping me find jeans, t-​shirts, etc.
She was the best part of my shopping trip. Woot! That and new jeans!
No mas pantelones from Gap/​Old Navy unless I wear a belt.

I have shopped at this particular location for past 3 years. Must say that the quality of the service has gone downhill. I went in on a Wednesday morning around 11am and even though I was the only in the store and there were 3 associates standing around, I was never greeted. I walked around for a good 20 minutes and after selecting several items with my arms full I had to ask if I could get a dressing room. Unacceptable. I have since then began shopping at the Tustin Marketplace location where so far I ve always beeen greeted with a big welcome and a smile

I love the Loft and buy all my clothes here. This particular location has kind of a small Petites section, so I shop more at the Loft in Tustin. You should never pay full price for anything. There are always great sales and promotions… just make sure you are on the email list. The staff here is kind of mixed… some of the ladies are super great and friendly and others not so much… I also seem to have a harder time getting service in the dressing room once I’m in there. But it doesn’t matter, this is a brand I love at a great price, so I keep coming back.

This location is REALLY slow at checking out. There is a ridiculous line and the sales associates are in no rush to check people out and are chatting it up, taking their time folding clothes. They try to push their credit card while you are in the dressing room and ran out of regular size bags… you will get a huge one regardless of what you buy.

Work in an office? Ann Taylor Loft is where it’s at… if you have the dough or a sale is on!
For the best deals, visit the outlet at Cabazon. However, if you’re not headed out that way — keep an eye out for the sales. You can get some amazing sweaters, blouses, skirts, dresses and more. Full price, I find their clothes too expensive based on my budget. Yes, you can get similar items at other stores; however, the quality is very nice on their items. One of my favourite things to purchase here are their work dresses; they have some great patterns!
If you’re a bit on the short side — not like myself — they have a great petite section. Saves you on all the hemming you usually need to do!
I really like their accessories; however, for as much as a bracelet or necklace costs, I could buy two shirts on sale!
As for the store itself — it’s a retail store! The sales associates aren’t naggy, which is nice. You don’t need to wait to have a fitting room unlocked, which is great if you just want to get in and get out. And the store is very well set up!

I went in with a friend and a baby this past weekend. The staff (especially Mary) was very friendly and helpful, helped me choose pieces and started a new room. The selection was ok; there are bigger stores out there but the service was great.

Each time I’ve come here, I’ve had a horrible experience. I now will no longer go in here. The sales women are the worst! About a month ago, I went and gathered some clothing to try on and the lady helping me was an older lady maybe in her 40’s or 50’s and she was so ditzy! She seemed like she had no idea what was going on. then, once I was in the fitting room, she kept trying to come into my room to trying to get me to get their credit card! I told her No over and over and she kept pushing it! Ugh!!! Then I went to the counter to get a top and the lady at the counter gave me no respect at all! She has short blonde hair with straight bangs, maybe in her 50’s or so, and by her attitude, it seemed she was maybe the manager. So I’m up there, waited FOREVER, and she was on the phone chit chatting with no one important it seemed like, and never looked up at me. She just grabbed my top and did her thing with her while on the phone and she had to turn around to get a bag or something and she pulled the whole phone off of the counter and it fell and she just laughed and still NEVER looked at me!!!
So I was there this past weekend as well and this SAME lady helped me at the counter and was SO rude to me! I waited forever and ever for the only one person in line infront of me, and so the lady at the counter asked me if i wanted to donate to a charity and i said no and she was upset at me for saying no!!! are you kidding me??? The employees at this store are plain ridiculous. I will go to another store because of the horrible women here.

I like this Ann Taylor Loft, but I never seen to find as much here as at the one at South Coast Plaza. It’s very roomy inside so it never feels crowded, and they have some benches for spouses/​significant others to sit on while they wait for you. Or they can just go outside and stare at the Ferris Wheel so they don’t have to tag along and follow you throughout the store.
The sales people are very helpful, as I’ve found at all the Ann Taylor Loft stores I’ve shopped in, and let me tell you, that’s a lot of stores! Maybe this location doesn’t have as much merchandise as the SCP store or something since I usually can’t find my size. But that doesn’t stop me from popping in to look around if I’m in the area anyway. You just never know what you’ll find!
