Not worth the trek. Underground through a maze of hallways. If you work there, great! But microwaved English muffins with American cheese are so not worth the $ 3 parking.

The breakfast burritos are fresh and delicious. The soyrizo is my favorite and I am not a vegetarian its just really good! I always grab some hot sauce too for some extra spice.
The staff is always friendly and smiling :)

AMAZING Coffee. Best priced cappuccino. I go to this café almost every morning and the employees are always so cheerful and friendly. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Also, they recently started a new line of fresh bottled juices that are to die for!!!

I do come here a lot to get my caramel latte and blueberry muffin (: but sometimes there is only one person running everything and this always a huge wait…(in the build) I’m glad that the longest I wait was probably 7 minutes tops so not to bad. I usually sneak away from my desk to get a quick coffee break lol
Their food overall is pretty good (:
And their coffee is amazing!!!

C+M brews fresh Intelligentsia coffee; definitely a must have to start your day or as an afternoon treat. Open at 7:30AM M-​F and is a great addition to Park Place.

C+M — simple concept of coffee and pastries. I ordered a macchiato — it was reasonably priced (this is how coffee should be) and it was good. Not a whole lot of selection though in terms of coffee drinks.
Place is very clean, the baristas are very friendly and nice.

This coffee counter services the workers in Park Place Office Campus (formerly Flour Building) so the hours are shorter than most coffee places. That aside, this crew makes great coffee! Casey is very knowledgeable and often gives suggestions based on the few times I’ve traveled down there (My office is on the 3rd floor so heading down there is a bit of a trek). Fully stocked on pastries and other edibles as well. Definitely a big step up to the tiny and poorly manned coffee cart that was torn down a few years ago before the total renovation.

I love this place, super friendly staff (Casey is a sweetheart) and good/​refreshing coffee. They have just about everything Starbucks would have from drinks to breakfast sandwiches, except cheaper. Oh, and don’t forget the Chili Lime Almonds! It is ridiculously addictive — my mouth is watering just thinking about it…
