Chris Jackson – Jackson Home Marketing

I’m usually one to do reviews but I had to make an exception where it comes the excellent buying experience we had with Chris. Though the housing was a difficult in the areas we were looking, Chris’ knowledge of the areas and expertise netted us the house we both loved. If you’re in the market to buy a house, I strongly recommend Chris to help you find that house you want.

I reported Nessa C but apparently Unilocal has already received complaints on her but refuses to take it down.
I even contacted Chris to ask about it. I feel horrible for him that people like this exist.
Chris is a wonderful person who takes care of his clients like they are family.

We are using Chris again and I couldn’t be more excited. We have asked him to list our vacation home and as usual he went through all the pros and cons of not adding some updates to the home. Chris takes the time to sit with you and is by far the most honest business person I have ever dealt with. I have called him since our first purchase for questions regarding real estate and he ALWAYS returns our calls and spends more time than I expected explaining things I didn’t understand. He doesn’t get paid for these calls and I never feel like it is a inconvenience for him. I have referred him to many people and they all have been beyond impressed, as I have been, with his assistance.
I have sent many referrals to Chris and ALL have been very happy with his service.

Worst agent ever! After purchasing our first home and having had experienced it with Chris we now doubt trustworthiness of real estate agents. He stopped returning our phone calls one he got the last necessary signature from us. We had no idea what to expect at the close of escrow. He had promised to gift us instead of us switching to a Redfin agent or finding agent at the credit union that offers a buyers rebate program. If he makes that promise to you, make sure you get it in writing. He was way too pushy when it came to buying a home. He kept pushing us to remove contingency w/​out loan approval even if it meant us losing our deposit. He felt the «urgency» to find us a home more than we ourselves did. This was our first home and we wanted to make sure we love it and that we check to make sure everything about the property was in good condition. We were insulted when he kept asking if we were still interested in the home because we wanted to take extra time to make sure additions were permitted and that there were no foundation problems. It was very stressful working with him. I should have listened to my instinct to use a different agent. We ended up staying with him because we wanted him to get paid since he did spend time showing us a few homes.
Just a word of advice. If it doesn’t feel right. Find a different agent. One who will be just as excited as you are when you find the right home. Chris didnt even have the integrity to call us once escrow was closed. Instead of talking to us he even opted to quit his job just to avoid having to give us what he promised. We had to find our key to new home underneath the doormat. Ask any of your friends what their agent did for them and you will see that it’s not customary to have to go searching for it. He even had our escrow package mailed to us at new address. After telling everybody our horror story of buying our first home, we have heard that most agents deliver the package and key in person along with maybe a bow on the door or even a gift basket. I don’t think that was too much to ask considering we just bought a $ 820k home with him

I have always felt that the «right» real estate agent in any market can make or break a deal, and with my current condo transaction in Costa Mesa I surely found a true professional in Chris Jackson. With all the Short Sales, REOs, Foreclosures, Land Lease debacles and a host of misleading information on both the MLS and other online available information, Chris took the time to weed through all the nonsense and find me the right home at the right price, and ensured me as smooth as possible a transaction as I could have ever hoped. I highly recommend Chris for anyone trying to purchase a home in Orange County… Ed
