I really love Dr C and her staff. I’m only deducting a star because of a couple reasons which I’ll list– 1) pricey treatments. They are state of the art, and they do not take insurance unless you have a group PPO. Be prepared to spend min $ 150 each time. But she’s not the most expensive, s I’ve been to other places that charge more. 2) Dr Connealy is very popular so she’s extremely busy. She’s a great doctor but she may be in and out during your appointment with her if there is something else going on. Sometimes she takes her time with you and sometimes she’s rushed. 3) the ladies for the store/checkout area are not all the nicest. Some are really sweet but a few could gain from learning customer service skills. However the check in counter is full of friendly faces. All of the medical assistants are nice. Really miss Danika! All and all great facility and doctors! Just thought I should add the 3 things that could use some improvements Although I don’t think they can adjust the costs of treatments. As those are expensive anywhere to begin with!

Make sure and read the reviews, and especially the hidden reviews, under the Unilocal«Center for New Medicine.» I will forever have discomfort in my leg because of what her nurse practitioner did and I never received an apology. I was told that I need surgery to repair what they did but I can’t afford it. Dr. Connealy is(or has been) involved in a class action law suit. Read more reviews here if the four on this page aren’t enough for you to make up your mind to run away from this office and don’t look back!

I tried to make an appointment here and I am listening to my cringing inner voice and cancelling this asap! The level of frustration just at the point of appointment setting is enough to tell me that this is not the healthcare solution I am going to find satisfactory. I am sick enough without having to worry about giving a credit card to be charged $ 450 should I fail to cancel an appt within a 48 hour window. The doctor does not take insurance. What? Good luck with that Hippocratic oath. I am outta here!

Last week, I went to see Dr. Connealy for several reasons, and one being GERD. She told me to stop taking Nexium, and gave me no direction as to how to stop. For the next 7 days, I went through constant stomach pain and acid reflux. I called her nurse and office manager and got no help at all. Guess what? 7 days later, I received instructions how to get off Nexium, which is 7 days after I went through hell. Dr. Connealy is more interested in seeing as many patients as possible, and she didn’t help me. I would suggest one seeks another doctor that takes more time with their patients and gives them good instructions for their health.
