This place is CLOSED! They didn’t even inform any of their customers. Their phone number has been disconnected and their website is no longer up. So if you have any prepaid sessions, your money is gone. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. So shady!

Was an OK place. I did get good results. However, the ladies attending to us kept on changing, and the new machine they got would burn a little too much. I heard they went bankrupt. They owe me two more sittings for my under arm laser :(

Stay away from this place. I came here because the owner was an acquaintance of my mom and he gave her extra sessions on top of what she purchased. Even with nothing out of pocket, I would not go back. I had the lasertone (?) treatment done and it supposedly clears up blemishes and smooths your skin but this was so not the case. Yes, immediately after treatments my skin felt smoother but that’s about it. For months after, every time I got even the littlest blemish on my face, it would turn into a dark scar for weeks! Usually smaller blemishes on my face will clear up and go away within days but after getting their «treatments» done, it seems like my skin got worse for awhile :(
As for the doctor, I swear he’s only around to sell you the packages and I have NEVER seen him do an actual consultation or treatment. The nurses/​technicians/​whatever are really nice ladies and attentive but as the «doctor» I felt that he should pay a little more attention to different needs of everyone and instruct his people on the proper course of action. Seriously, for what you pay, go to a more credible place that cares about their reputation for quality and not just selling packages.

This place seemed too good to be true, and what do you know. I pre-​paid for a laser hair removal package. I was referred to this place by a friend who also goes there. They had an appointment yesterday to go in for one of their prepaid sessions. The place did not do their normal reminder call, but she went in anyway, thinking they may have forgotten. When she got there, the entire suite where they were located was empty. The website is gone. The phone number is disconnected. And my prepaid session that I never received, well I’m guessing those are non-​existent now too. I’d say don’t go here, but seeing as you cant since it isnt there anymore, it would seem that I am just ranting. I’ll definitely do more research next time around (although this pleace seems to have been here for years.) I guess the moral is, you never know.

This place is AWFUL! I got a laser Brazilian and they burned my ENTIRE vag area!!! DO NOT GO THERE! I have scars in the area and am having trouble trying to get my money back and for them to help reduce the scars. DO NOT GO THERE!

I have been coming here since 2009. The doctor will try to sell you everything in packages, which can be a good deal if you want to get works done here, but a little pushy if you are just looking. He also garanteed a full refund if I didn’t like the treatment or result.
Diana suggest laser for my face. I bought 3 freckle treatments and laser tonings. For freckle treatments, the down time is about 3 – 6 days. The laser toning gave me some redness and red bumps for about 1 day. After a month, my face is spots free and very smooth and I got many compliments. Because my face is very clear and the color is even, I can go out without putting on any foundation and I just use Olay daily fluid from Costco to keep my face moisturized.
The facial is good here too. Hua-​Young is very sweet and skillful. I
bought the facial package (10+2free) at discounted price plus 2 free sessions of laser hair removal on my lower legs and 1 bikini area.

Went to this place for laser hair removal and did 5 sessions each on my underarms and bikni —
Pros:
–The laser didn’t hurt
–The place is clean and new
–The prices are competitive
–The ladies who do the treatment are nice
Cons:
–The «consultation» with the doctor felt slightly shady and was more about money and had nothing to do with the treatment.
–After 5 sessions I would say the hair is only about 20% less than it was before

I was here for my underarm hair removal and I was pretty impressed. I thought it would hurt because since it’s a «laser» but it didn’t seem to hurt one bit. And from the first treatment I’ve got the hair hasn’t grown back yet. The people there are very friendly and price is pretty decent for laser. Top if off, the whole process of the treatment takes less than 10mins!

I went here for laser hair treatment on the underarms. They will ask you to consult the doctor then he recommends a package base on what you need done. Pricing can be negotiated so I bought a 5 session package for underarms. The first laser machine they had required you to do a 20 minute numbing cream. Then you undergo a 10 min laser treatment. The whole process takes no more than hour. After my 5 sessions I saw progress and was thrilled that the hair is removed. However, it always grows back. I went back and they gave me a touch up session but this time is a with there newer machine that does not require numbing cream. With this machine the procedure takes no more than 15 minutes. I had a total of 8 sessions and I still have hair under the arms. I have to say their machines may not be the best for permanent hair removal.
Overall the place is clean, service is quick, and staff is friendly. Cons — I am not sure if there treatments last therefore you end up paying for more treatments.

I am writing this review for a friend, she goes there for facials. Based on what she told me this place looks 10x better than those regular Asian facial places, but the price remains about the same. The technicians seems to be all trained nurses and the equipments are ultra high tech.
Once again I have never personally been there, this is all based on the words of a good friend of mine =)
