Cox Solutions Store – Quail Hill

I stopped in to talk about my bill and make sure I was getting any possible discounts available. The employee Mo was very friendly and I left a happy customer.

Do not waste your time if you want your account problems solved. after spending two hours on the phone I finally decided to go into this store. After wasting my time with a sales rep. I waited to talk with the store manager at this location named Brian. It’s obvious Cox doesn’t care about their customers. I contacted them on February 22 and was promised a price freeze for 2 years after being transferred to three different representatives. Now I’m being told a month later when I get my bill that they’ve raised it again and that they are not responsible for what mistakes their representatives make. Why would any customer put up with this??? And his answer to me was I understand why you’re upset but MY HANDS ARE TIED !! The company doesn’t allow us to do anything!!! After two years of dealing with this I’m done! If you’re looking for Internet or TV buyer beware go somewhere else!!!

After travel nursing for 2 years and having to try every cable and internet provider out there, Cox is the worst! They lie the most, they are the most deceitful and they have no customer service (not that any of them do).

I wish they had –stars because I would give them –10 000 000 000. They just say whatever it takes to get you off the phone. Cox should spend some of my $ 220 a month bill and train there employee s. COX is the perfect name for this company

First time here. The line was long, but they were super fast! The service was very friendly and they were on point! Why have I never been here before!!!

Excellent service. Brought in old remotes and they replaced them immediately. Reviewed my account and made some good suggestions.
While I am not a big fan of cox internet customer service in general, this retail store has its act together.
I will be bringing back DVR for update and confident they will be really helpful.

This store is having good professionals! Very good technicians!
I was struggling with the Cox phone customer care and some miscommunication.
But directly went to this store and explained the problem to the attendees, they listened/​commit to fix the problem. As they said, they sent a very good professional technician and he fixed all the problems.

Hugo Campos was really helpful! I went to replace my modem and not only did he help me but was able to cut my monthly bill, without even being asked. Awesome…

When some of the buttons on my remote stopped working and changing the batteries didn’t help, I thought it was going to be a hassle to get a replacement. I needn’t have worried. The man who greeted me immediately walked me over to a drawer from which he pulled a replacement remote (with batteries). He took the batteries out of my old remote and gave them back to me (without my having to ask), pointed out the directions for programming the new remote, and said to call if I had any problems. I was in and out of the store in less than two minutes.
I wish I’d asked the man’s name so I could praise him here. He was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Way too long of a wait just to get a new remote. Surprisingly busy with only 3 workers to assist. It’s not just walk in and get service. You have to wait in line electronically called by order of arrival so fingers crossed you don’t arrive after somebody needing special assistance or wanting to get more info etc. been waiting over 20 minutes and haven’t even told them the reason for my visit. If its appointment only then why don’t they have the option to schedule an appointment online?! This is a joke and they close in 30 minutes and you best believe I leave here with a new remote or goodbye cox. GET MORE WORKERS finally helped and the guy at check in failed to ask why I was going today when I was called they got me the remote in 2 seconds and apparently I could have done that right when I got there and not have had to wait really upset poor service is not a way to keep business!

Excellent service.
Stopped by for a couple of things; my new Mini Box, update my DVR, set up an appointment for another connection, review my bill.
Hugo Campos, along with other staff were at the door to greet us.
Hugo took care of everything in less time than it takes to order and get food at a restaurant!

Came to return equipment. I was greeted by a friendly associate and she checked me in. I had a bit of a wait but as soon as I got to the counter, the transaction went smoothly and quickly.

All I want to do is turn in my equipment and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes. It’s hard to put all the blame on the store as most the customers are here asking stupid questions and seriously could have done most of this over the phone. Might I suggest a express lane for people with 2 minute issues not ordering service for 30 minutes.

Nice service. But arrogant staff. I came to get my replacement of modem and the guy is very arrogant. He doesn’t have any chivalry. Even though he replaced the modem, it could have been a nicer experience to talk.

What a poor excuse for a business. Had cancelled accounts with customer service on numerous occasions only to find it is still active. Woman I spoke to at the store suggested I needed to try again and be more patient. She contradicted everything customer service had told me over the phone about charges, but kept stating there was nothing she could do and I would have to try to call customer service again. Stay away from this business

If you need to set up service or visit any Cox store, I would recommend going to another. Although the staff were very friendly and quick to assist me, the 100 mbps internet I was paying for only came out to be around 30 mbps when I came home. I called the Cox customer service, and they told me that the only solution would be to call back to the store. However, this particular store does not pick up their damn phone. After calling for nearly an hour with no answer, I totally lost my patience. You can’t even leave a message because it requires an extension number. Do your business with another Cox location, preferably one that actually answers their phone.

I cancelled my service in April when I moved to another city. And I returned my equipments to this store.
Now I still received some calls in the morning and asked me to pay my bills. When I called back, they claimed that I never cancelled the service, never returned equipments, and even called them for LOW Internet just this August.
All of these are wrong. And I even have the receipt about the returned equipments.
Supervisor Justin ID no. 38 243 was very confident about their system record. When I told him I have the receipt to prove I am right, he asked me to drive 2 hours to go to this store to ask this store manager to confirm the receipt. He is not helpful and unprofessional too.
It is ridiculus to waste so much time and I still received their calls before I woke up every morning.

I agreed that the review is supposed only for the location. But I want to warn you off the service in the first place since everyone in the reviews agreed they have a very poor customer servive in the calls.

If I were you I wouldn’t believe the 5 stars either. But let me clarify that this review is only for this Cox store location. I’ve had my share of 1 and 2 star experiences with Cox customer service over the phone and dealing with installers. But this page is to review the store itself.
My remote had quit functioning so I went to exchange it. As I walked up to the front door a male employee opened the door for me and welcomed me. He asked what I needed help with. I told him I needed to exchange my remote. Within 30 seconds he had a new one in my hands. He took my old one and removed the batteries and returned them to me. That was it — no questions asked, no hassle, no paperwork, no looks of disbelief. Only a smile. As I walked toward the door a female employee opened the door for me and wished me a pleasant day.
As I walked to my car I thought, «What the hell just happened?». I was in and out in a literal minute and everyone was very nice as well as efficient. I wouldn’t have believed it except that it really truly happened to me.

COX phone customer service messed up my order (amazingly they have messed up everything including my name, phone#, branch’s phone#, installation scheduling), so I had to drive and visit the store in order to correct the issues. Hugo Campos said he would reschedule the installation date so that I would be able to be home and start a new service peacefully. Well… it never happened, I tried to reach him NUMEROUS times over the phone and email (several times as well), never heard back. I am usually very patient and reasonable but I have to say this whole COX experience has nothing but pleasant. If they can’t and don’t know how to make the new customer happy from the beginning, they could possibly end up worse than AT&T (which means seriously bad… wish I had options beside those two…)
I am especially disappointed with Hugo, I took the time to visit, explain the situation and he promised that rescheduling of the installation would happen, would have to happen… well, empty promise.
I really hope that my experience with COX will not go any worse than this… will see.

Cox Solutions Store is unbelievable only because it is owned by Cox!
I needed a new DOCSIS 3.0 router so I found myself at the Cox Solutions Store to see what modems the network supported and since I am a reciprocal account holder this is really the best way to consider hardware upgrades. Better than just suggestions, they offered 2 separate models in house, both of which satisfied my needs. The agent the provisioned the modem, added its cost to my account and sent me on my way with the modem in hand. All of this within 15 minutes.
In the car while driving home on the 405 I thought I may have been hallucinating and asked myself «Was that really a service experience from… Cox Communications?!».
