Diverse Solutions strikes again! On June 12, 2013 before 6am EST I reported that one of my listings was being duplicated on my web site — showing 4 or 5 times. Today, June 24, I received an email that said the issue was resolved. The issue was resolved because I SOLD the listing before they could actually fix the technical issue. The listing isn’t there to be duplicated anymore. Not the brightest bulbs on the tree there, if you know what I mean.

As a real estate broker, the Real Estate Business Guide writer at , and a consultant helping real estate agents and brokers to market on the Internet, I’ve placed the Diverse Solutions suite of products on my personal real estate site and now will be advising that my clients do so as well. It’s a dynamic search with flexible options, set up for WordPress(my only site platform), and feeds registrations into the Contact Management section where my email campaigns go out to nurse my prospects until they become clients.

I have used Diverse Solutions IDX products for about 4 years now. My clients love using the mobile version of the property search and the map search product. When I have a problem, I call customer service and they are very professional at solving the problem. When they are unable too, they open a ticket and send it to programming to evaluate the issue. I have spoken to Lindsay(and other staff members), mentioned in a previous review, in the past and she provides excellent service as well. I have over 400 customized links that I have set up over the years that work great. The live Chat works great because it transfers to my cell phone’s sms text message so when I am out of the office I can chat with clients live. Also, I find that Diverse Solutions is open to developing new products that help me as a real estate professional. I generate 90% of the my real estate clients from my online presence using Diverse Solutions products.

The main search looks great on my site on a desktop, but when it comes to mobile or customer support, Diverse Solutions FAIL. As-is, it almost works on mobile other than some minor issues that I have addressed to them, and their response is: «Safari just does not have the functionality to work correctly». Great customer support! Then, they have a mobile version, which once you activate and put the code on your site it takes over your site, completely. Oh, and it sucks. It’s missing a lot of the search criteria, back button doesn’t work well, it’s not easy to use, and as a user I pretty much leave the site as soon as I land on it, so that’s disabled. Overall main search is great, but mobile site sucks, customer service sucks, and I’m seeking a better solution. Oh, and forget about trying to customize anything on the search result display details or idx’ed pages. Oh, and they have an area for custom campaigns, but guess what… it doesn’t work. Oh, and the Chat option, well… doesn’t work either. SO much offered, but so little actually works. What am I paying for?!
