Don Holland, OD

I scheduled an appointment with Irvine Eye Care to get new reading glasses (my arm wasn’t going to grow any longer) and sun glasses. His staff is so accommodating and attentive. I was able to get in right away and after having a thorough and professional exam by Dr. Holland, Aleena (sp) helped me pick out the perfect glasses. I started to go with my typical style but based on my face shape and coloring, she suggested some other options and I couldn’t be happier. They have a nice array of frame styles and it would have been overwhelming without her help. When my glasses were ready for pick up, Joe helped with fitting them and making minor adjustments. He made sure I had cloths and glasses cleaner and offered to adjust them any time if needed. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism and won’t not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Irvine Eye Care.

I’d say that Dr. Robin passed the torch on to the right guy. I got great service, and I got my specs right away. Dr. Holland is the man!

I called them to confirm my appointment and a person on the desk said that it was one hour early than my actual time. I reached early to find out that «he» was wrong. He said he asked my name on the phone but he didn’t and talked really rude. My worst experience with someone at the desk. The lady however was accommodating but the guy just made me feel he was doing a big favor for me. Then I asked the doctor for a PD and he said that it is an extra cost which includes some services with the lenses. Usually all eye doctors give PD if asked. The visit just got worse.
I am never going back again!
