Warning: Do not hire this company. Disaster. Worst management and execution of a project I have ever seen. How they got this project is amazing, but they are working on a 200 condo unit project in San Diego. It is one bad thing after another. The workers do not clean the worksite after a days work, the fiberglass has been exposed to moist air for 2 months including around entryways, items are damaged when they are demoing and they do not care, now they inadequately tarped the 6 – 8 buildings ina rainstorm and 60 units have water damage.
If you want a building demo’ed they are great at that, The site supervisor is in the trailer instead of out checking to see if his workers are doing things properly, including putting tarps on 6 buildings to ensure rain water does not get in. The site supervisor is not interested in the clients.
This is glaringly apparent now that SERVPRO is on the site working to repair the water damage. They are efficient, high-​quality, courteous and have tremendous work ethic. The way a company should be run.
