It seemed pricier than the other Hallowe’en stores and nothing really struck my fancy here. But the sales girl was nice and friendly. I visited in September so the store was«dead», too. I didn’t find the abundance of mirrors that I find at the other Hallowe’en stores, so that made it a bit difficult for the creative juices to flow or for trying on hats. I found that they carried better items for«smaller» and select things and the prices were comparable in that regard. Too bad that they don’t offer a Unilocal discount like another place, or I might have purchased something here. Also, I found a way cooler sword at 1⁄10th of the price at the dollar store, so I was really happy that I didn’t buy it here. Still, if in the neighbourhood, I could see how it would do in a pinch, especially if you’re at the local mall, anyway.

We were treated unfairly by Sue from the moment we requested for help. She wouldn’t let us touch the costumes. She said only if we buy them. My teenage nephew asked for a mask and she said no to him, so I proceeded to get it for him. She yelled at me saying she was the only one who could attain the mask, which were in the aisles. When I voiced my concerns about how she was making us feel, she told me to get out of her store, which I found out later it wasn’t her store to begin with. She yelled at me in front of other customers who witnessed, and embarrassed me. I asked for her managers name, and she said she didn’t care if I said anything to her. «Get your Witchy poo out of here» were some of her comments in front of my children. I contacted to owner of the shop regarding this incident. I have a feeling that they may be friends. I don’t recommend shopping here for any costume or accessory. They are overpriced and definetly unfriendly. Despite them having fitting rooms, they will not let you try on any costumes.
