This store specializes in boutique, quality customer service. I came in here for their 40−50% sale post-​Thanksgiving because quite frankly, this store is not for the faint of heart: it’s not cheap, and you’ll probably like nearly everything in it. If you’re a woman, that is.
It’s unfortunately located in an area where the traffic dies somewhere between the Apple store and Forever21 and Fredericks of Hollywood. With all that prime real estate going on, it’s too easy to get distracted. And oh yes, Planet Beauty!
Really, I was impressed with the store’s attention-​to-​detail and excellent customer service because I had misplaced my iPod somewhere in their dressing room and hadn’t realized it was missing until a good week had passed by. By then, I had torn my house and car and desk at work apart, and was ready to accept the fact that I had lost it, when I retraced my steps and thought, well — what the hell, why not ask if they might have it? And they did. They kept it and returned it. And there was no judgment for having too many Britney songs…
Clothing-​wise, I bought a great pair of leggings here for $ 39.99 and my only regret is not picking up two (2) pairs of leggings since I wear them so often. All in all, I plan to shop here again. I’m loyal to the brand now.

Buyer Beware! Came here with my wife, who wanted to exchange a birthday gift and after finding a top she wanted that cost $ 10 less, the sales associate told us that they could not do the exchange because the store would have to give us $ 10 credit and they don’t give store credit, so we would have to buy another item that was at least $ 10 more. But their cheapest item in the store is around $ 23. Our jaws dropped as we couldn’t believe what we were hearing. We told the store what an idiotic policy they had and after a long while they did an exchange for us and credited my wife’s credit card the extra $ 10. We appreciated the gesture but don’t plan on returning anytime soon. These are the times you really appreciate Nordstroms.

The clothing is cute and classy. I found my bridesmaid dresses here, and also looked through the rest of the clothing because they were having a sale.
The thing that really stuck out to me however, was the customer service. The girls were all really nice and helped my friend find her perfect fit. Even though it was sales time and there were many others in the store, my sales associate took the time to ask me about some details of my wedding. I was surprised today when I got a letter in the mail from her, thanking me for my business and wishing me luck on my upcoming nuptials.

i love the dresses here! a good variety of styles. but like any clothing place, pick carefully.
the only major issue is price! oy!
but, i’ve found that if you buy a couple of nice dresses, you wear them for a while longer than most other dresses. the only other place i feel the same about is probably nordstrom’s (no, not BP… that brand/​section has sub-​par quality).
so far, i have 3 dresses from here, all bought on sale, and i have yet to be disappointed :)

Cute dresses and clothing. I bought one summer dress here and love it. The store is expensive but worth it. The sizes are actually true to size as well. I love going to the spectrum and browsing in this store. The salesgirls are always friendly as well.
