STORE ENDED MCPICK 2!!!
So McDonalds is trying to compete with lower prices yet the management of this store Ended the McPick 2 and they still have the Advertising for it in the drive through! How Lame! Not worth going to this store. I can get a mcdonalds meal for like $ 7 – 8 so why go there when you can get to Ruths Chris happy hour and get the same thing for $ 8!!! Rip Off!
Plus I have been here before where their soft serve machine was broken. And every time there is a promotion this store stops it immediately. No thanks. Go to Ruths Chris!

*** Pit stop review (Irvine) ***
This is a pretty nice looking new, or well maintained McDonald’s in Irvine. What can I say, the restaurant is spotless and looks as nice as the community it resides in. Having lived in Irvine for a number of years while studying at U.C.I. I know the city well from back in the days. It was probably the birthplace of the modern master planned community in southern California. So I find it amusing that there’s a complaint this is not the «cleanest» McDonald’s around. Boy, the grass can’t get that much «greener» than being in south county, specifically Irvine. ha ha ha :-)
Here’s what I liked…
* Very clean and nice looking facility.
* Clean restroom.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Holy smokes the parking lot is pretty full early in the morning! Good for business, but not so good for me looking for parking.
* Service was kind of slowwww… (for fast food)
* This is not the fault of Micky D’s, but hell, some people take FOREVER in the restroom! It was occupied when I arrived. It was occupied after I placed my order. It was occupied once I received my order. It was occupied after I finished my food! Geeze… I think an enema might be necessary :-) ha ha ha…
Food = as expected
Seating area = very clean!
Service = ah, kinda so-​so
Restroom = very clean (from what I can tell)

This is meant to be a 1.5 star review, but as there’s no ½ star option — there you go.
Normally this is a okay McDonald’s. It’s a McDonald’s, but it’s an okay McDonald’s.
A few days ago, in the morning before work, I went through the drive thru. I paid, then picked up my food, but not my drink. I was asked to park in the drive thru waiting area. I was waiting on a Mocha Frappé. I figured maybe they had to refill their machine or something or another.
I parked and waited. And waited. And waited some more. After 15 MINUTES, I went inside, and, yup. They forgot about me.
Should I have gone in sooner to check? Probably. Should I have had to go in to check at all? No. Should they have forgotten about my order? No.
Not happy, and if I can help it, not coming here again if I am pressed for time like, oh I don’t know — going to work in the morning or something.

Kids toys in meals. It is like a snake shape like a tooth brush and there is metal in it which is very dangerous for young children, or anyone for that matter.
A very sharp piece that just popped out of this toy.
