Park has been our pharmacy for years. Unfortunately we will be transferring our entire family’s prescriptions to a different Compounding pharmacy due to the change in ownership resulting in poorer and poorer service over the last few months. From an ever increasing turn around time(24 to 72 hours), the declining quality of the medications being compounded resulting in painful physical symptoms, to the rudeness and arrogance of the pharmacist, they have lost our family loyalty. So sad.

The pro is they typically do have a wide variety of products and compounds but their customer service is mediocre at best. They are also much more expensive than my previous pharmacy. For example, they charged me $ 16 for my months worth of syringes(20). Harbor compounding charges me $ 5. For my prescription, they charged me $ 109. Harbor charges $ 90 for same prescription. It also took them nearly a week to fill this last prescription, apparently due to a software change?

I love these people! They take great care of my family at a fraction of the cost that other compound pharmacies charge. They have literally saved my son’s life and my sanity! Thank you so much guys!

They have products you can’t find most places but I experience some of the worst service I have experienced at a pharmacy, period. They shipped my perishable prescription to my old address(on the other side of the country) after making it very clear to them that I had moved to a new address. Not only that, but they had shipped my previous month’s prescription to my new address-so they clearly had it in their system. PLUS: my new address was literally written on the prescription faxed over from my doctor’s office. In particular, do not believe anything«Kathy» says. She has no idea what she is talking about and is a disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry as is Park Compounding Pharmacy. UPDATE: Looks like this was an honest mistake on Park’s part as you can see in their response. I’ve raised my review rating accordingly.

I order a compound prescription drug and have had only perfect service. I can order refills online, someone calls me to verify it and find out how I want it shipped. I get updates and the refill always arrives promptly. Great people.

This pharmacy takes forever to make a simple compound yet they use that as their excuse every time that it is taking awhile because it is new… Staff doesn’t seem to have any idea of what they are talking about… They also will tell you it should be done in 24−48hrs but it is always 96… Go somewhere else!

I operate two small clinics and we love the service and pricing we receive from Park. Our orders are always promptly processed and their pricing is extremely competitive. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to other clinics as well as individual patients.

I had a prescription filled and the pharmacist never told me that my medication would only be good for under a month. No where on this prescription did it mention this. Please go to another pharmacy, they are high-priced and do not give the consumer correct information about prescription details.

I do business with Park as a clinician. They are extremely knowledgeable, and responsive on the rare occasion when a mistake has occurred. I am very happy with the service they provide!

I use this pharmacy regularly for an obscure compound. They are responsive and helpful whenever an issue arises. They call if there’s any question. They let me know right away when the rules for medication expiration changed. I highly recommend them.

Very poor experience. I called a couple pharmacies for estimates on a compound(Diazoxide for my dog suffering from pancreatic cancer, insulinoma). Park had the lowest price by about $ 7, and they said just have the vet call in the script. Vet called it in ASAP because it was time sensitive, he only had a couple doses left. I get a call from the pharmacy a couple hours later telling me they can’t fill the script unless it’s paid for in advance(…what?! I’ve never, ever heard of this before!). So I call them back(wasted time…) with CC info. The price changed overnight — now the price was nearly DOUBLE what it was the day before, and they couldn’t tell me why. Only that the«manager» left a note on the file saying they changed the price since I called the previous day. Ended up using another compounding pharmacy nearby, who filled the script first and accepted payment on pickup(like everyone else… you pay when you receive the item you’re buying), was over $ 100 cheaper, and had everything on hand.
