Good food for a quick lunch. Good pad Thai. Customer service is good for quick serve Restaurant. The guy in the front was honest on suggesting veg dishes. His advice was on the point.

It’s a Pick Up Stix. Like other Pick Up Stix, the food here has too much sugar in it and it is served on plastic plates, which drew away one of my friends from eating here. The food comes out quickly or at average speed depending on the other traffic here. They accepted our coupon without hassle here. A previous issue involving hassle here was where we bought a gift card with a bonus and they prohibited us from using the gift card itself on the same day. Most other places with similar offer permit us to use the gift card(even if the payment was the gift card itself) on the same day. They also don’t carry the mascot plushie here.

It is better, much better, than Panda Express. Although the cooks are not Chinese, they were well trained. Meat quality is much better than Panda and the sauce is not as plastic. I tried the noodle dish and general chicken. They are not bad. If you have craving for Chinese food and like the fusion American style Chinese, this one is for you. It is funny, they don’t use side vege to cook along. Like red and green peppers with general chicken or some green onions along noodles. I guess they are authentic features that the cooks don’t know. Can’s blame them… BUT, BUT the price is higher than Panda. Well you get what you paid for…

For the price, I feel this is much fresher than Panda Express. However, as lunch options in the area are abundant, I think the price could be just a bit lower overall. The honey chicken is great, the egg rolls are stuffed with chicken… sadly, I’ll be having a limited number of each from now on because I’m being more careful about my wheat allergy. Guess it’s brown rice, shrimp and veggies for this Unilocaler now!

Avoid the Mongolian beef here. It’s better at other locations. They undercook the onions, which end up overpowering any flavor — half the box is onion and not meat. I even talked to the manager and he said this is normal.

Great Chinese food on the go. Much healthier than panda. My favorites are the house special chicken, the Thai chili shrimp as well as the orange chicken. You can always ask for a side of steamed vegetables as well. Their customer service is friendly and the recipes are very consistent! Currently they are doing a scratch off promition for winning food and/or drink. I have WON a few times over the last month.(free soda, free kids meal.)Go give it a try it’s worth it!!! Dishes range from $ 8.95 -$ 11.50

this location has been around in Irvine for quite awhile outlasted Mervyns and one other store I think. Have tried most dishes — Thai curry is excellent

So much better than when I went 10 years ago! Yes, 10 years ago it was totally unhealthy and disgusting so I avoided it all these years. A friend who swears by the restaurant forced me to go and thank goodness he did! Definitely the best ‘fast food’ Chinese food you can find. Best of all, lots of food options! Perfect for a health concious person such as myself, I recommend the curry chicken or the teriyaki salmon dish! Oh, and their egg rolls are awesome! Enjoy!

I was excited to try Pick Up Stix because I’d heard it was the healthier version of Panda. It didn’t fulfill my Panda craving and was just very saucy and sweet. They do have good lunch special prices but it’s just not that good. At least it’s a little healthier than your typical Chinese take out…
