STAYAWAYFROMTHISNASTYBAKERY I went in this evening around 7:30 pm to purchase some cookies. This is what went down: Tired Blond at register looks at me without a word Me: I would like 4 toffee cookies Tired Blond at register YELLS a name that is incoherent and walks away without a word. Sullen Blond with black roots walks over and looks at me and says: What can I get for you? Me: I would like 4 toffee cookies Sullen Blond gets a very small bag and shoves all 4 large cookies into it. She takes my money without a word of thanks Sullen Blond looks in bag and says: Oh yeah, one cookie is broken I look into the bag and cookies are broken in small pieces I look at her and she stares at me with no apology or offer to replace the broken cookies. I walk out determined never to come back to a Corner Bakery with such CRAPPY and RUDE customer serice

Great little place for a sandwich and soup or salad for lunch. Pretty busy and noisy during the lunch hour. I ordered a sandwich and salad combo with a drink and it was reasonable. Food quality is very good. Counter service. Girl taking my order was a little odd, but overall good service. In and out in about 30 minutes.

I give it three stars for convenience. Food is mediocre, high school staff is very mediocre, but my expectations aren’t too high. As an example, this one chick(Anastasia) who is a cashier/server never smiles, and you’ll be lucky if she even says anything to you. But she’s pretty representative of today’s youth: spoiled, self entitled, the world owes me everything kind of attitude. I understand that this job isn’t meant to be a career and you’re moving on, but you ARE paid to be nice to people in a public facing type of position. If you want to scowl all the time, go find a job that has a dark room for you to work in. Go for the convenience to where you live, but not much else.

Should be 3.5 stars. We frequent this place for their goodies. They recently renovated this location and added more seating for dine-in customers. Service is decent. Love their baked goods.

I’m a pretty huge fan of Corner Bakery Café, but don’t always have the best experience at this location. During lunch hours, it can get quite busy and I find the wait for orders to be quite long. Therefore, I tend to call in the order beforehand, if possible. My favorite dish is the harvest salad. The balsamic vinegar dressing paired with blue cheese, walnuts and dried cranberries make the best combination! An entrée salad only keeps me full for a few hours, but is a great idea when craving a light meal. Yesterday, I ordered this salad over the phone and was able to pick it up within 10 minutes. When leaving the restaurant, my order seemed to be ok. When I got home, I was very disappointed to find that they had included the asian ginger dressing, not the balsamic vinegar! I called back to report the issue and was told by the employee that they were sorry to hear about the mix up. I then had to ask what could be done to make up for it, since my order was incorrect and tasted horrible with the dressing. I was then put on hold and eventually given my refund. This was not my first unpleasant experience here, and the lack of care taken during my order process and after is making it harder and harder for me want to give my business to this location.

Stopped in around 10:00 this morning. The line was pretty long, they could have definitely used a second cashier. There was plenty of seating. I like the menu and the prices, very reasonable considering the other places I’ve been. We ordered the Carmel latte, coffee, cinnamon bread, and avocado flat. Everything was good, nice stop for a light breakfast. I liked that the avocado flat came with some salsa, it gave the little extra it would have been missing. The total bill was around $ 14.

This place has a way of overly salting its food. Sometimes less is more but needless to say this was not satisfactory to my taste buds. On top of that the people working here are rude and not very pleasant. I will definitely not be returning.

The Steak Sandwich was delicious! But was pretty bland. It definitely needed more sauce or at least something to give it some more flavor. The biggest problem we were under a time frame and thought corner bakery would be a quick stop for dinner but it took us around 20 mins to get our food when there was very little cliental in the restaurant. The food was great but little things I would tweak

Corner Bakery Café fills the lunchtime void. It is not usually an aim of mine to review chains and large franchises but since this Corner Bakery Café is in my bi-monthly rotation I feel compelled to review it and for the most part this location provides a positive experience. They keep the interior clean and bright and although the food can be sometimes sloppily prepared, it usually tastes quite nice. I tend to stick with the unfortunately named«Mom’s Turkey on Harvest Bread» which is a pretty basic and straightforward smoked turkey sandwich featuring leaf lettuce, tomato and a healthy smear of dijon mustard. I usually omit the mayonnaise as it adds little to the flavor profile and adds a world of unnecessary fat. Served with Chips and a Soda, you are out of the door for around $ 10.00. Culinary genius? Hardly, but it works for a fast 20 minute lunch with co-workers. One curiosity I have is how there is always seems to be an unidentified sauce or spread on a corner or side of my sandwich. Mayonnaise one day, ranch or hummus the next, it never seems to fail; something foreign will end up somewhere on my sandwich. A minor quibble to be sure, but funny all the same because I could set a watch to it a this point. Corner Bakery Café is the mother of all 3 star fast casual restaurants and I will most likely return again in two months time for another Turkey Sandwich.

Buy one get one free muffins after 12 p.m. Big fan of their blueberry muffins, pastries, paninis, and pastas, but not so much their breakfast plates. Tried the American scramble and it’s just a piece of bread, mediocre potatoes, and ordinary eggs you can make at home. All the food here is pretty heavy and unhealthy; it’s not the place for a light snack. The tables inside are a bit cluttered together but there is also plenty of shaded seating outside. Staff is friendly and the wait is usually less than ten minutes if you order take out.

OILYOILYOILY!!! I ordered their Chicken Pomodori Panini on sourdough bread which comes with roasted chicken, fresh basil and spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes and provolone cheese with pesto mayo – sounds pretty healthy, right? WRONG! Their idea of «grilled» means ADDEXTREMEAMOUNTSOFBUTTERTOTHEBREAD making it so oily you’d rather waste calories ordering fries from McDonalds! I couldn’t even finish the entire sandwich – which was around $ 8.00!!– because it was so disgusting!(See the pictures I posted!) I’m only giving this place two stars because the workers were extremely nice and had my order ready within 10 minutes because I was in a hurry. The restaurant layout reminded my of Panera bread and was moderately clean but I will probably never eat here again to avoid a future heart attack!

Came here lunch around noon on a weekday and was pretty packed I ordered a sandwich and a side of mac & cheese both the sandwich which was a mozzarella with Bell pepper on chibatta bread was delicious and the mac & cheese had a great kick to it. They were also giving out many samples of their pastries and to my surprise it was quite delicious and moist. Had I not eaten so much I probably would’ve bought a pastry. My critique is that the tables need to be cleaned faster because no one wants to sit down at a table full of crumbs like I did.
