I contracted with these jokers years ago. They sounded professional and spoke well. They promised the best quality windows and installation. Boy was I disappointed. They were very expensive and did a very poor job. The custom work that I wanted on the outside was never communicated to the Mex’s that showed up. The windows have rusted latches on the inside. I’ve hired South Coast Home Solutions three times over the last 6 years. They’ve installed my garage doors, vinyl siding on front of home, and vinyl siding in court yard area. Dave Palmer, President/​CEO of South Coast Home Solutions is very personable and is a great troubleshooter. He delivers, has always been on schedule and checks periodically on the project to be sure everything is going according to plan. All the members of his crew have been respectful, easy to communicate with and provide a quality product. They go over and beyond expection.
I plan to use South Coast Home Solutions for all my future projects.

South Coast Home Solutions were referred to us by an happy neighbor which uses them for not only the windows but also many other projects they have had South Coast Home Solutions take care of. They had them install the windows, siding and even designed and installed the kitchen.
All that work was done that professional that we went with them too.
Starting from having a very knowledgable layout and explanation of how the work would be done, following with a great and clean installation, we are now at awe how cool and quite our house became. I wonder how they can offer such a great product and such a service for such a great price?!
Not only was the job done clean and perfect, their service was awesome that they called in a few times after the instal.
We got an other call lately and got an awesome trick how to make the sliding doors move as smooth as possible, all for free.
That is how we think business has to be done.

South Coast just finished work on my home in Lake Forest, and I have to say that the did a great job. Their Sales and installation people were patient and courteous and took the time to answer all of our concerns, and the windows look great! Thank you South Coast.

Visited this company at the Oc fair and the vendor was extremely rude. Her use of innapropriate language while speaking to guests was offensive and surprising. I would definitely be careful when doing business with this company. I am surprised someone like her would be employed to represent their products.

South Coast did our windows and all I can say is it was excellent in every regard. They were fast, clean and accurate with the install. They provided excellent explanation to all our questions and made every effort to ensure we were happy with our purchase. The price was great, but the service made the whole experience the best yet in our long history of home improvement and remodel. South Coast will be our first choice going forward and I cannot recommend them enough.

I used South Coast Home Solutions to replace all doors in my house, from the garage door to the front door to every room in the house, the quality of their product is superb and the installation whent very smooth with an excellent customer service, I am so happy with my doors that when I move I want to take them with me. Pricing is good and Mr Palmer is very knowledgabe with his product.
