The customer service is awful. I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I rescheduled and they change the price on me! When asked why the price changed, the agents answered… do you want the install or not?
AWFUL! agree with all the other reviews, don’t use them!

Pebble hit my windshield. Crack had not spread yet. They were able to come out the day I called within a few hours (a Friday no less!). I know there are a few Glass Doctors. I called the (951) 588‑5261 number as it seemed closest to where I am in Los Angeles. The customer care rep on the phone called me a couple of times since she knew I was in a hurry — she kept me apprised of how far out the repairman was. When he got here, he was really friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was done super fast! And the job seemed of quality. Little higher than I would have liked to have paid, but eh– worth it I guess for the speed, quality and great customer service! Thank you! Great job!

I“ve used them in the past with OK results — not so this time. I called to schedule a replacement of a cracked window the following day. Nobody phoned to schedule it, so I called. Times were pushed back, excuses made. I called again later — more excuses. Nobody ever called or showed up & my day was completely wasted. Not again!

I needed a rush job done, window tint in a commercial office. I needed the job done the same day if possible, if not by the next day. I called and was told someone could come out that day. Then they called back and correct that someone would come out the next morning. When no one showed, I called back and was then told they won’t send anyone out until I agree to the price. OK, I say so what is the price? Over $ 30 per square foot! I asked, if they could break that down into material cost and labor, they refused. Oh, and now someone can’t come out until tomorrow.
Don’t waste your time here.

Glad to say I am a big fan of storm chasers! They carry the same window wipers as they do at a good price!
