I had the medium original yogurt with strawberry. The medium was under $ 5 with a few toppings. It’s no Pinkberry but it’s still very good.

With Yogurtland right across the street(and all kinds of yogurt places popping up around the city), this little hole-in-the-wall seems to be struggling to stay noticed. But, I LOVE the pomegranate… so give it a try if you’re willing. Since I personally prefer the«tart» flavors to the other ones… I’d have to say that the plain tart here is «tartier» than at YLand, Red Mango, and Pinkberry. But I like it like that. Coming here for the Pomegranate alone is worth it.

Pleasantly surprised. I had the medium original yogurt with strawberry, mango, and some gummy candy. The medium was $ 3.50 with 3 toppings. The toppings were real fresh and tasty. The yogurt serving was pretty big. I’ve tried Pinkberry, Yogurt Land, Red Mango, and now Swirls. Swirls has the tangiest original yogurt. Yogurt Land is the sweetest. Red Mango is the creamiest. Pinkberry is my favorite(except for the one at the District! The stingiest serving sizes.) I usually get the original yogurt and I would have to say Swirls has the 2nd best(Pinkberry’s best) taste. The reason I took one star off was because service was not done with a smile. The girl didn’t seem like she wanted to be working there.

I didn’t even notice the name change until today. The first time I saw this place it barely advertised that it was open. I was waiting for it to fail miserably. Before it changed it’s name, I came here once and whoever was working there was STINGY! I paid $ 1 more for 1 topping and barely got any. Their prices are like Pinkberry’s but they are NOWHERE as good. Of course I mean the ones in LA where originated. The one at Irvine Spectrum is gross. =P For the full review and pics go to Based on that experience I would have given them 1 star, but now that I stopped by today I have changed my mind. They are now offering free toppings and they actually look pretty tasty and fresh. I took my friend here because she was thirsty. I know it sounds odd, but she ended up liking it. As she was trying it I had some and it’s not too bad. For $ 2.50 you get a small cup with 3 toppings. I think the guy heard me complaining and put more toppings. =P Hey it helped my friend out! lol

I was told by someone that Pinkberry sued for their use of Kiwiberri so they changed their name to Swirls. My bad for saying Kiwiberri went out of business… they just switched names. Too bad they didn’t switch their froyo making formula.
