If there was 0 stars I would horrible service. This location should not be allowed the franchise. Owner got a problem

2 girls working the ice cream shop last night, they were friendly and helpful. We got a cup of gold metal ribbon and a jamoca milkshake, my shake was delicious, drank the whole thing. In the middle of our transaction, 4 small children ran into the store with their parents acting like a bunch of maniacs, just yelling and screaming ice cream flavors, the volume was too high for me, I had to book it out of there, but the girls remained calm and helped them out, great service. I’ll come back to this Baskin Robbins anytime, minus the screaming children of course.

We pick up hand packed ice cream every so often and always receive pointe service. Love the free samples!

Nothing special here but great flavors and kids love it. Every 31^st of the month they have $ 1.29 per scoop.

Usually the same employee every time I go. It’s a little difficult when there’s more than a few customers because I always order a cappuccino blast so it takes a while longer to get the order done. They always have their flavors in stock and they make the blasts right.
Good service.

Awesome Baskin Robbins. Close to home, great service, gets crowded on a hot day. But that’s a good thing. Go early to avoid the waffle cone being sold out.

I order my son birthday cake in this store and i want to thank Yamel cause she did a good job. This baskin robbins has a good crew. Thank you so much my son loved his cake and all the kids too it was beautiful and so delicious yummy for a reasonnable price. I will come again for sure to make my older son birthday cake and my husband too. The only thing why i remove a star is that she forgot to put my son name on the cake so i had to improvise how to fix it and i’m lucky cause i have those magnet letters on my fridge so it worked.

Parking sucks. Expensive Irvine prices. No selection of monthly flavor like oreo malt.

Aww they didnt carry the lunar cheesecake flavor! Thats my favorite. Thats only reason i came: (so i left disappointed

I ordered a birthday cake for my son’s birthday to be picked up June 15, 2015. It was not ready. The two girls inside opened 5 minutes late as I stood outside at 11am. Later I called the store and talked to Mr. Tough. I was told the girls threw away my order so he couldn’t call me after the fact. I was not called that morning or the night before. There is a new owner from the years before. Mr. Tough says he is a part owner.

I would give no stars if possible for customer service. The manger did not honor a stamp card offer. There were no restrictions that would limit this, it was just their «decision» that moment to not honor it I guess.

From the very beginning we were completely stoked about going in, we had this planned for weeks! All he wanted was to be able to design his first cake. So, I took my nephew in to choose and create his very own ice cream cake for his 10^th birthday party. He chose the cake with 5 ice cream cone clowns in it. He chose a different flavor for each cone. Well, he didn’t get the cake he designed. For starters, they DID NOT decorate the cones. Zero, zilch. There were no clown faces AND they also didn’t include one flavor of ice cream. For a custom $ 70 cake, this is completely unacceptable. I called this morning at 10:00am, and am still waiting for a phone call back. It is 3:48pm.

Halfway through my daughters scoop she found a black hair IN her ice cream! Nasty.
I’ve noticed the management had changed in the last year. Definitely not as kept up as the previous owner.

You can’t go wrong with ice cream.
This location is right by my house and open late (till 10 most nights)

Walking around the plaza I saw a sign for a free single scoop with the purchase of a double scoop. My boyfriend and I came I into the store and checked with an employee if the deal was still good. He told us it was and proceeded to let us sample various flavors.
Once we picked our ice cream a different employee rang me up. The amount was much larger than I had expected. I asked the employee if he had given me the discount and he told me I needed a coupon. I told him the sign outside mentioned no coupon as well as the fact that the other employee said that I was fine without a coupon. The other employee tried to explain to the cashier that no coupon was needed but the cashier guy proceed to pick up some envelope and wave it in front of my face.” These are the coupons you need” he said in a rude tone that made me feel as if he was looking down on me.
I was so upset I just payed and left the store. To no surprise I just ended up throwing my ice cream away. The horrible customer service just ruined my overall experience. I will never return again and I suggest no one else let themselves be tricked like I was.

Don’t get the cake. Whatever you do, don’t get it (at least at this Baskin Robbins).
I went there Friday night after work looking for an ice cream cake for 4 – 6 people. The occasion was my son’s B-​day.
Seeing the price at $ 24.99, I thought the cake would offer a lot!
Upon taking the cake home, I noticed it was mostly cream, some cake, and 10% ice cream. HAHAHA. 24.99 for cream…
Upon further inspection, my family and I found a hair/​string inside the cake.
When I told Baskin Robbins about the hair/​string, I told them that the only obligation they had was to hear me out, nothing else.
They said that since I didn’t tell them ASAP, they had no obligation.
I was like, what? I don’t want money or a refund, just hear me out.
They said, nope, since I waited several days, it was my fault!!!
Sigh…excuse me for stopping by after the weekend.
Thankfully, this isn’t the only place to get ice cream.

Baskin Robbins ice cream is an all time favorite, always new flavors and real ice cream.
This location can get busy, and sometimes like tonight with only one worker it can be a wait.
He did his best, and was a hard worker.
Pistachio almond and chocolate fudge were tasty.
Only thing I don’t get is, who pays $ 7.45 for a large milkshake? (Besides all the preteens in front of us)

My one star goes purely to the crew’s service. I stopped by after 9 pm or something, there was two men serving. I was not greeted. I was browsing flavors, but I was not asked for samples. I kept on browsing, but I was never asked for help. Two guys were completely ignoring me, like I was invisible.
I finally asked them for samples, and ordered ice cream.
I noticed that the crew who just filled ice cream with his bare hand was playing with his cell phone with his bare hand again.
While I was eating my ice cream, I found a sign in the store, saying something like, «If we don’t offer you a sample, you get a free scoop.» or something.
Funny.
Then I finally got out of the store, but the crew didn’t greet.
The worst BR experience.

It’s not like they just ran out of a popular ice cream flavor and are getting more. They don’t even have the mix to make the «Iced Cappy Blast» which is Baskin Robbins brand of iced coffee drink.
I was at a different Baskin Robbins, in Dana Point, last week which had a full menu available. I think that they may need to look at how they manage their product inventory and make the appropriate adjustments.

Baskin Robbins is fairly consistent no matter where you go. Some are a bit nicer than others depending on the franchise owner. This location is small but has a great selection of flavors and a very large freezer of ice cream cakes. It is also one of the few B&Rs I’ve been to that has a restroom.
When I entered the store a young man immediately came out from the back. I ordered a scoop of Jamoca-​Heath Bar in a cup. I also had him put some hot caramel sauce on it. He was quite generous with the sauce and I appreciated it. Cuz I like the sauce.
As soon as I paid he quickly vanished to the back room again. Either he had important business to take care of or maybe his girlfriend was back there. I sat and ate my treat and never saw him again (and no customers came in during that 10 minute span). The tables were a bit sticky but otherwise the place seemed clean.
This B&R is a good one and the ice cream is delish.
