Love this little greenbelt, kiddie park. Open to anyone and offers BBQ grills and doggie waste bags. Perfect to throw a football, have a birthday party or event. Pool is very clean and nice and gym is a really nice perk!(QH residents only). Jacuzzi has fireplace, BBQ grills. Neighbors are very nice and it’s a great family area to live.

I find it appalling that people are posting reviews on a pool that is paid for and maintained by QH residents. Our HOA fees are over $ 250/month. We pay to keep our pools and parks clean and well-maintained. You want to use the park, fine, but the pool is locked because it is there for QH residents ONLY. If you’re not paying to use the pool, you shouldn’t be there.

According to me, the criteria for a good park would be cleanliness, overall visual appeal and grooming and abundance of trash recepticles. All of which this park has. However, I would say that the true test is how often the kids want to go there, unwillingness to leave and their overall enjoyment. This is where the park gets a little spotty. There’s a big field in the middle for picnics, running around and frisbie and ball throwing and of which kids love to roll down the little hill to. The playground is lacking though. No swings, just a wood climbing structure and it’s tucked away on the side under trees. The kids are never interested in staying there. What they do love is the pool which is awesome. It’s a big open rectangle with separate jacuzzi and baby pool areas at both ends, bbqs, patio tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounging chairs. The bathrooms are ultra clean. There’s a small gym available to Quail Hill residents. The pool is the best community pool I’ve been to and always well maintained.

Small but quaint park that’s part of The Commons recreational area(gym, Olympic-size pool, BBQ areas, etc.). Great place to walk your dog(there’s a pet drinking fountain and pet waste bags are provided), bring your kids(there’s a play area), BBQ and more. My favorite features: the entrance at the corner of Vermillion and Seasons(pathway is surrounded by beautiful white roses when in bloom) and the gazebo.
