The UPS Store

This location was very simple and user friendly; friendly helpful staff. It’s a five dollar minimum to use your card for printing; bring small bills.

I went here because I had a return for amazon and they were very helpful. They had let me use the computer and print out the shipping label. Had taped up my package and got my tracking number. It was a little farther for me but worth the drive because they had great customer service. If you have something thats not as simple as a send out, then I would suggest coming here because they know what they are doing and are very nice.

The Korean fellow is very nice; the female needs more help in the «friendly, personable» category.

Joe is a very friendly and sincere store owner. Store is always neat and clean and his customer service is top notch.

First time being to this ups location. The owner was super friendly and fast about getting my pre paid packages out!
Some UPS stores don’t carry air way bills because they don’t get credit for taking e time to send out the packages. But Joe was super nice and helped me fill out the forms.
Definitely recommend this location.

Joe Kim is hands down the friendliest and most helpful person I have met at a mail store. He is extremely honest and down to earth and told me about a few ways I could save on my shipping. After bad experiences with other UPS stores in this area, this location has restored my faith in UPS!

This UPS store is reliable, within reasonable driving distance of my office, and has an excellent deadline of 5:30 PM which is 30 minutes earlier than the Aliso Viejo distribution point so if any other employees tell me they need to wait until the last minute I can still drop it off here. I’ve been using it for as long as I’ve been working at my office for the last 2 years or so. They were even nice when I requested that packages be charged to the company account when none of us had the time to print labels. They are nice when explaining international shipping and commercial invoices, and other such issues that I may have to deal with while I ship merchandise.
Of course, I don’t like the parking lot. I often have to lug a box a very far distance since the parking spaces near the location are usually filled. Also, there’s a stone wall in front of the entrance, which forces me to walk around it carrying the box. I don’t always have the stamina to hold it for that much distance.
I think they also have a buzzer that sounds when one walks in the door.

I have recently used this store for a few business and personal needs. The husband and wife who own the store are so lovely and helpful. I worked directly with Joe who took such wonderful personal care in making sure a package that I was shipping internationally was shipped correctly and guaranteed delivery. I have used regular mail in the past and the package was never delivered nor accounted for, so I was so pleasantly surprised that not only did the owners personally help me, that the package was delivered in record time with no issues. I will for sure be returning for future needs and highly recommend the wonderful service at this store!

In my opinion…
this UPS store:
–gets you in and out quickly
–more organized
–more helpful… especially to those who are not familiar with shipping packages AKA me
–more kind
Other UPS stores seemed to only guide and direct you on what you should do… this place will grab the right shipping material and package it up for you.

This UPS seems to have undergone an owner change because the owner I saw everyday in the Summer is no longer around!
The new owners are still great as the guy before! I come here a lot to pick up mail and packages for my mom but today I had to get an errand done for myself. I had to return a Christmas gift that I had gotten for family, and knowing how the return shipping is coming out of my pocket, the owners (wife + husband, I think) found a used box laying around that was a perfect size for my stuff! I was prepared to pay for a box but lucky me :) I’m sure this is a once in a lifetime kind of deal but it was really nice of them to have done that especially since I was upset that I had to pay out of pocket to return an item back to their warehouse because their standalone stores don’t accept them (FRUSTRATING). Overall, very nice people!

I regularly ship through this facility and currently hold a mailbox here. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. By the way, the $ 0.50 charge on pre-​paid dropoff packages that Jimberly is referring to is for items that haven’t been packaged yet. Just tape it up at home and you’re good to go!

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The lady there claimed she was the owner/​manager and was beyond rude. Typically the UPS store customers are helpful but this person wouldn’t help with anything or give us any information of how to proceed with our shipment. Big mistake, they have lost our business and we ship out quite a bit.
I will never go to this store ever again and make sure I let UPS know what a terrible experience I had.
To top it all off, I let her know how rude she was and instead of offering an apology to me, she just said okay.

Just stopping by to say that I dropped off a pre-​paid package today, and was not asked for a surcharge (as Jimberly indicated below). Perhaps there was a new employee who misunderstood the standard service rules? Or maybe UPS temporarily implemented the surcharge and then removed it? Either way, they don’t ask for it now (and shouldn’t).
The UPS store is small and bare, but the employee who took my package was courteous and respectful with a nice disposition. It’s a bit difficult to find within the plaza — if you enter the plaza where Chase Bank is, go towards the right until you see a Korean restaurant. The UPS store is located right next door.

I love this place, awesome customer service. People are nice and friendly. Lucky to have this store nearby my place. The taping fee is just reasonable, I went to other ups store and they charge $ 1.00 for taping. I’ve learned my lesson if I don’t want to pay for tape fee, better tape my package before I shipped it. I’ll defenitely do my business in this store again.

$ 0.50 USD charge for dropping off a pre-​paid UPS package? You have to be kidding me. It’s not the amount, it’s the principal. I’ve never been to a UPS store before that charges for dropping off a pre-​paid package. I won’t be coming here again.
