Dropped my iphone 4s a while back and shattered the back glass. I never bothered to get it fixed since I thought the cost would be too high. With a massive hole in the back, I started getting dust in my camera lense making the camera useless. This is where ThorTek comes in! I met up with Krystjan, the head repair guy from ThorTek. He was very professional and had everything ready to do the repair based from our phone conversation. When I received my phone back, it was good as new and better yet, the camera lense is now crystal clear! He took the time to blow out the dust and clean out the inside of the phone to assure my concerns were addressed. The price was right, service was excellent, and now I don’t have to spend 600 on a new phone like I was planning. Highly recommend this company and service!

Kristjan at ThorTek did an awesome job, from start to finish, in repairing my daughter’s phone. In addition, we purchased screen protectors and a case for other devices in my family, and we’re extremely satisfied.
My daughter cracked the screen on her iPhone 5. I contacted Kristjan at ThorTek. He let me know my options. Specifically, I could have gone with a «cheaper» screen or an OEM (original equipment manufacturer’s) quality screen for a small amount more. I chose the OEM screen, which is what he recommended. In addition, I told Kristjan we had other devices that I wanted to protect. He recommended glass (versus plastic) screen protectors.
We arranged a time for Kristjan to meet us and he was very prompt. In our presence, he masterfully disassembled the iPhone and reassembled it with the new screen. I am VERY handy and had previously thought that I could probably do the job, but after I saw the number of parts, screws, specialized tools and the process to change the screen, I realize that there’s no way I could have done the job myself. I’m very glad I hired the pro.
Kristjan replaced the screen, tested the device, and ensured it worked 100%. In addition, for a small additional fee, he installed the GLASS screen protector. You can’t even tell there’s a protector on the phone.
In addition, he installed screen protectors on our other phones, and even sold us a very sturdy case for my wife’s iPhone, at a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend Kristjan at ThorTek. Don’t go with the big retail shops or the Apple Store — there’s no need to spend the big bucks and have the inconvenience of goint to them, when Kristjan at ThorTek will come to you.
