This is basically actually hilarious(writing review of the housing I mean). Disclaimer is mandated — I have not rented a place. Usually I visit my friends often and stay at their place(which is nice) and the fact that there aren’t any views about this says I can spell what I think about the place. * university housing is usually cheaper than outside in Irvine but the point is that you have to be actually enrolled to get the cool place. * I have stayed at Verano place and most of my opinions would be based on that. The place I usually stay has a volleyball court in a garden and it’s well kept. The house itself has a patio and the outdoor landscapes are nice. * This is the old Verano place and the ventilation inside the house is amazing. It gets hot in summers but the breeze keeps it cool.(Doesn’t have an air conditioner– so for those who prefer this the old verano isn’t a place. — new Verano place has it!) * the rooms are small for the grad housing. But then being a grad student you’re mostly spending your time in the department so it is fine for me. * there are events organized by Verano frequently so there is some community activity around. (That’s about what I can think of it now!)
