wasnt bad, but wasnt the best, the people are alright, the custodians are super responsive. CARLOS. what a man, helped me alot so many times.
the workers in the office are mostly students or RAs. What more can you ask for right? Overall its alright. so enjoy

I lived in Middle Earth for 1 school year and they were very responsive to all my maintenance requests, even if they weren’t always phrased perfectly.
They also take great care of packages that are shipped to your dorm room.
Overall, it’s hard to imagine anything obvious that they could’ve done better. I hesitate to give them 5 stars because I don’t recall anything that particularly stood out in a good way.

I have come here on multiple occasions, whether it be for a vacuum, package pick up, or finding a lost key, and every time I have come here, I am met with consistent, excellent service. The staff here are very professional, well trained, and will somehow just make a bad day better. They are the definition of customer service, and being the first to review here, I hope others will agree with me and rate this place the 5 stars it deserves.
