My review has to do with the customer service experience. Gave valet a $ 4 tip for parking my car up front while I grabbed food to go @ The Cheesecake Factory. Got a funny look from the Valet after handing him the tip so I asked, «Is the tip okay?», his answer floored me, he said«I guess…» I drove away thinking how ungrateful and rude. Would love to know if anyone has had a similar experience.

This so called operation is run by Flash Valet(term used lightly I guess). Everything seems okay when you get there… You drive up, give your name, take the ticket and walk away. Pretty normal. The ticket they give you has a barcode and text you can send a message telling them that your coming soon and they will get your car and have it waiting for you… That is where they fail!!! I used their system and texted to them 20 minutes before we would be there. The send an auto text back saying they will contact us when our vehicle arrives. Well we came out from the restaurant 25 minutes after the initial text and no vehicle. I saw my keys there after we came out and paid our $ 4(reasonable) and I asked them why, after 25 minutes, our vehicle was not there and we did not receive a text back from them(reply text from attendants is not auto text). They replied they got busy and just did not have time to reply. That totally defeats the purpose of advising them that we were coming out. They just did not seem to care. This was a total waste of time, if you are going to use technology, use it!
