If you have been discouraged by temp agencies and their lack of professionalism in the, definitely be impressed with this Innovative group of job recruiters. Not only do they take care and take the time to know what you’re looking for personally they’re out there to work for you. What really won me over was getting advice on my resume and also great interviewing tips not only lasts just for a commission but that lasts for as long as you want to learn and engage the process of job hunting. I would personally like to thank the team that work together including Danielle, Alex, Tara, and Jamie even if I were to walk away with no job placement I walked away with some valuable skills and tools from a one-​hour meeting.

In retrospect when I first entered the Vincent Benjamin office, I was deeply impressed with the care, amiability, and genuine desire to engage me and my career interests. When I talk with the VB team I sense their intelligence and passion to make industry happen through win-​wins. Individually they are amazing, and in sum they are leaders in the recruiting business.

This company is amazing and I would recommend it to ANYONE. I came in the first week and talked with Jared. Then got set up to work with Jaime Campagnolo and within the first week of meeting her I already had a job interview lined up and was hired that very day. She is a life saver and really put me in a position where I could move forward in my life. This company is so professional, kind and caring. . Don’t typically loooove Monster, but it led me to Vincent Benjamin. They are professional, direct, and on top of their industry.
I went in for an interview to meet with Rolla and Jamie and immediately, felt comfortable, and taken care of. They are thorough, understanding of the market/​clients/​candidates.
I emailed Jamie this morning, who mostly handles temp work, though I’m looking more so for direct hire, just so I can have something in the meantime. I got a call within an hour from her associate for a direct hire position I could be a good candidate for.

I recently had the good fortune to work with Jamie Campagnolo at Vincent Benjamin in Irvine. I wanted to make a career change and she’d come highly recommended. Jamie took the time to get to know me and truly understand who I was and what I was looking for. She didn’t waste my time sending me on interviews that didn’t align with my goals. When I got an offer for the place I’m currently working, Jamie negotiated, directly with my new employer, and didn’t give anything up just to make the deal happen! I can’t recommend her highly enough. Everyone should have a Jamie working on their behalf!

I had received an email for a position I was interested in from Amy Roos. Called in immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I sat there waiting Jamie Campagnolo walked out (whom I’ve known for several years as the person to know in the job seeking industry), talked to me about the position, she got on the phone with the company while I was sitting there and I interviewed the next day. Jamie is amazing like that! They hired me a week later and now I am here a week into my new job which I absolutely LOVE! Snobby and offered an IT positon to me that was obviously a scam. Avoid this firm.

I spoke with and met Rolla. She is very condescending. I sent a couple of follow up
emails to see if they had any jobs, I never received a response. Do not go to them!!!
