WiLine provided a seamless transition for us from our previous phone/​internet provider to a much faster speed. Peter Song, Wiline’s Regional Sales Manager, was with us each step of the way and provided excellent customer service. We had countless questions and concerns and Peter always responded in a timely manner and with the detailed information we needed. We did our due diligence by contacting AT&T, Time Warner, Cox, and Verizon and at the end of the day WiLine was able to provide us the faster speed we needed for our business and with installation and setup within a couple days’ time. The former providers were telling us 60 day time frames or that they just could not provide service to us based on our location. So far we have had fast and reliable service and I would definitely recommend WiLine!

I Was Lucky Enough To Tour Their Facility And Check Out Their High End Antennas. I Was Introduced To The Company When I Installed An Automatic Fail Over Dual WAN Router At One Of Our Mutual Clients In Santa Ana. My IT Clients That Have WILINE Either As A Primary Or Secondary Connection All State That The Service Has Always Been Fast And Reliable. They Started To Implement Backup Battery Systems Into Their Setups, So The Connection Is Becoming More Reliable Than Some Big Fiber/​COAX/​DSL Service Providers.

WiLine has been installed now for over six months — 99.99% uptime even during the very hard rain storms here in Southern California. Our Speed has been solid and we have only wonderful things to say about WiLine and their Staff.
WiLine has been able to provide services to our offices even when everyone else could not. TWC, COX, AT&T could not service our building at all or with only a trickle of speed. This was the right business decision and with the right company.

San Pedro, CA
WiLine installed there service for the business were I work as a backup line. I ran speedtest and bandwidth is as promised. I have my computer configured to use a separate firewall and go out through the WiLine backup line and so far it has been perfect. Their installation was fast. I am used to dealing with big phone companies which sometimes takes weeks to get simple installs done. Wiline is only took a few days to get someone out and install.
