Bad customer service from the manager. Inquired about having balloons donated to a Mothers Against Drunk Driving event and before I could complete my sentence, the manager stated they don’t donate. I then went on to ask how much balloon columns would be since donating isn’t an option just to hear a dial tone. I called back to inquire about pricing (twice) just to be sent to voicemail each time. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone so rude.

They state on their website they offer SAME DAY DELIVERY. So, I call on Monday to request a balloon delivery for Wednesday. She informs me that they are already full on that day! Seriously? She didn’t even ask when or where. DON’T OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE if you CAN’T DELIVER GIVEN A 2 DAY WINDOW. Annoyed.

I called to order a balloon bouquet from this company after finding them during a Google search, and I am so pleased! The salesperson I spoke to was excellent — very thorough and professional. We put together an adorable bouquet with help from their excellent website and had it delivered within 5 hours! Amazing! She sent me an email with 3 photos of the final product, just to keep me in the loop. How great is that? If you need balloons, these are the people to call.
