Chick-​fil-​A always has the best chicken sandwich and I love their grilled chicken nuggets. The staff at this place are so welcoming and the place itself
Is clean and casual.

Chicken lovers, I haven’t frequented chick-​fil-​a in years cause quite honestly I haven’t found the draw to this place, but worked late, on the way home, took a shot.
Folks, when you pay $ 4.50 or so for 4 chicken tenders to go one wouldn’t expect them to be packaged in a 3×5 inch box, as they were, with room. A tasteless snack. I had a good laugh.
Homey is done with this chain from here forward. Diehards stay with them as you always will; for the others that seek value + good taste go elsewhere. You have lots of other great options that put this place in the rearview.

Just got out of the drive through. Took 30 min. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Drive a little up Mac Arthur for a better location. Friendly, but I just expect no more than 10 min in a drive through.

The drive-​thru line for breakfast was pretty long for 9am. It been my normal routine to swing by after my dentist and/​or doc appt. on my way to work. First time there was a line that I can remember.
I decided to park and go in. I think the young lady was new at the register because it took her a long time to take my complete order. Spicy Chicken Meal combo. That’s it.
Be careful walking across the parking lot that time of morning, people are driving fast and not paying attention to their surrounds.

Terrific salads, especially the ones with oranges. And they have iced coffee now, too. And oh my goodness — the waffle fries. I tried to stay away, I really did. But they beat the saturated fat out of every other fast food chain out there, homophobic or not. Sorry Big Gay Al, but until you open a better place than Chick-​fil-​A, I will don a disguise and patronize this epic, different, tasty place. As a bonus, a nice young man takes your order instead of you having to listen to the garbled nonsense of a drive-​thru speaker system. Great salad dressing selection, and no skimping on condiments.

Drive thru took 15 minutes with only 3 people in line bc the fries weren’t done. Yeah okay that’s fine but then you’re going to forget my sauces too. Luckily I got some napkins that I didn’t use (sarcasm). Booooooo headquarters would be ashamed

They exceed my expectations everytime we eat there. Food is always hot and fresh. Quick courteous service. Drive thru is uselessly fast regardless of how long the line is.
Minus one star for the absolute worst music… I just want to ask myself as to who recorded this junk? Of all the Christian stations you could play and you choose Christian karaōke as recorded by a high school senior with a Casio keyboard.
Plan to wear headphones if you dine in

I don’t get it. A dry hunk of overlooked chicken on a piece of plain white sponge bread. Ychh

I’m love this loc ation! Reason being, they take care of the community! At the end of last year, every educator got a to eat one meal a day free! That’s huge! In addition evertime that I have placed a large order for my students, they have gone out of their way to make sure the food is fresh, hot, and personalized. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A for always providing legendary service with a smile! Your team rocks!

Only one these I have been to in Dallas. It’s good and consistent like others I have visited around the country.

The employees are super friendly at this location. My husband and I really enjoy the drive through for a quick healthy lunch on the go during the weekend.
They lost one star from me because my waffle fries were a little on the cold side from the last trip, though I will say that is out of the norm for this location.

The Good:
— This place is very clean, brightly lit and the servers are very friendly and courteous.
— The food was great and I enjoyed my lunch.
The Bad:
— This place is very popular which kind of works against it because the drive through lineup was crazy long. We ate in the restaurant so we had no problems but I could see the cars lined all the way around.
Anyways, I’m liking the Chick Fil A and this is a convenient and great location, as long as you beat the rush!

In a sea of Las Colinas catering options, who knew Chick-​fil-​A, Las Colinas & Jennifer deliver great food & on-​time personal service! They do! Jennifer provided outstanding suggestions & knew exactly the perfect amount of food, assisting to refine our order on the day of delivery.
Never having stepped into a Chick-​fil-​A restaurant, when one of my business colleagues suggested we try Chick-​fil-​A for an upcoming catering function, I was pleasantly bowled over by the quality & variety of their product. The Chocolate Chip Cookies with a hint of Oatmeal were delicious (shades of the Neiman Marcus cookie sans pecans).
One caveat: while online ordering was an initial breeze, after I specified my order was to be a delivery, at the end of placing the order, the site advised that «My order would be ready for pick up…», although «The store was closed for remodeling». I had been assured by another store in the area that this particular location was the only Las Colinas delivery store available (the Las Colinas restaurant’s telephone line went un– answered). A quick run by the restaurant & confirmation the store was open & online order was received was all it took. The day of the delivery, Jennifer called to confirm; she is most knowledgeable of the Chick-​fil-​A product! So, if the online site says one thing, attempt to call the store to verify. These two glitches with online site & telephone service were outweighed by the service & food Jennifer delivered.

Big fan of this location. I went through the drive-​through just the other morning and was out in my way in 3 minutes. Always love how I drive away hearing, «my pleasure!»
Definitely will always get my service. They stand for everything I believe.

Great food and great service! The employees are friendly and since I’m a regular, they know me by name. They even ask me how my pregnant wife is doing even though they don’t know her. It’s fun to give them updates on that. And I like how they take the time to develop a relationship with their customers. I’ve also been impressed with how well they handle busy times both inside and in the drive thru. They are super efficient during these times and that’s good to see. Good food and great service.

Great place for good chicken. The breaded chicken has this amazing odd taste and it’s pickle juice. The chicken is marinated in pickle juice. Crazy. Always creepily nice customer service. Great place but always packed. Good luck at lunch time!

4 stars for their Chick-​n-​minis, 3 stars for the other items I’ve tried. Chick-​n-​minis are bite sized Chick-​fil-​A Nuggets nestled in mini yeast rolls that are lightly coated with honey butter spread, and they are a bite of delicious-​ness!
If you are trying to get breakfast on a Friday morning, make sure you go early or place your order the day ahead for pick up! The drive thru line was already long by 7:45am.

I learned today that if you get a kids meal and don’t use the toy you can trade it in for ice cream!!!

I’ve been a long-​time customer at this neighborhood Chick-​Fil-​A and I’ve never Unilocaled about it until now. While this isn’t a KFC-​type of restaurant, Chick-​Fil-​A offers their chicken done in various ways. Whether done traditionally in a bun, in a biscuit sandwich for breakfast, in a wrap, in a soup, by themselves, whatever. I loved their chicken sandwiches… both regular and spicy, with their hash browns and/​or waffle fries.
While this particular location gets packed during lunch hours on a weekday, you’ll find their food is worth the wait.

I love the new tortilla soup here. Also I hear their naked grilled wings are good. My favorite is the chargrilled chicken salad with all of the fresh fruit. I like that there are options aside from the typical nuggets/​fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries order.
