One of the few laundry facilities that still takes quarters. Was pretty messy. Trash was overflowing and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. They did have laundry carts with a basket/rack to hang clothes.

Coin Op Laundry seems to be fairly new to the area a Google Maps shows it to be an abandoned building but it is a great place to get your washing and drying done quickly. These guys have 4 different sizes of washers that hold anywhere from a standard load to 3+ standard loads. Prices range from $ 1 to $ 4.50. We normally do around 7 loads in our apartment complex’s on-site laundry at $ 2 a pop. Last night we did 2 large loads($ 3.50) and a standard load($ 2.50) and saved several dollars. Not only that but all the washing was done in under 25 minutes. The dryers are a bit confusing — they look like they’re only a quarter but it’s 25 cents for every 10 minutes and you can buy more than 10 minutes at a time. If you wash a large load or more, you’ll want at least 40 min in the dryer, so $ 1 to dry. There were about a dozen other customers on a Friday night, but not crowded. Everyone was pleasant and conscientious. All in all, a good experience and a place we’ll come back to again.
