I dropped of a favorite dress of mine that I use for presentations, big meetings and interviews for last 3 years. One of my favorite articles of clothes and fits perfectly, you have an article of clothing like this. The item was returned to me with what appears to be a stain but its eaten through the cloth to become almost transparent. I believe 100 percent if they had not stain treated this item, it would have been fine. After I asked that the owner call me, the manager called to tell me he would pay to get it tested to prove he did not do that. I said fine, Ill drop it off. Later owner calls says thats not actually possible and insists his man did not do this. I respect that he believes this, however I just as strongly believe their work is ultimately at fault. My favorite work dress of 3 years is ruined. I believe if this owner wanted to run a good business he should have offered at least 50 dollars of credit dry cleaning, especially if this is as he says an anomaly. In return after 50 dollars, I would have seen this, appreciated this and spent much more in the future. I suggest you not bring your clothes here. Perhaps it was an anomaly, perhaps it happens alot but you can be guaranteed if you are in my shoes nothing will be done to compensate you even for goodwill. –receipt attached is my next order that I took back

I agree with the other reviews that this place is over priced and overrated. Not to mention that I went to the cleaners at 6:58 to pick up and drop off my laundry today. The cashier then informed me that they were closed and that she didn’t want to say something in front of the other customer picking up his laundry because she didn’t want to be rude. When I pulled out my smart phone and showed her the time 7:00 I said your sign says you’re open till 7:00. I will find somewhere else to spend my $ 50 a week probably more like $ 30 somewhere else. The only reason I give a 1 star is because I can’t give 0

We have always gone to Tuscan Cleaners since it is near our home. I know there are other cleaners in the area that are cheaper, but I believe this place is worth the peace of mind. The place is really small and seems to smell like french fries due to being next to Five Guys! It’s a welcoming aroma! The employees have always been nice and informative about which items are«dry-clean only» and which can be laundered. The clothes have continually been spotless after their service. Majority of the time, the clothes have been ready by the end of the next day, which is handy. Parking can be a little tricky during the peak nearby restaurant lunch time hours, so plan accordingly!

I’ve taken my dry cleaning and minor alterations to Tuscan for the past few years. They are meticulous and every item is perfection after they are finished, which speaks volumes coming from a girl who, back in the day, worked at a dry cleaners managed by a German woman whose attention to detail was both terrifying and mesmerizing. Are they the cheapest in town? No, but they are reasonably priced. Do you get what you pay for? Always!

Honestly reading the older reviews got me thinking twice about using their dry cleaning services. However, it’s proximity to my hotel and the La Madeline café prompted me to try them. The service was impeccable and the cost wasn’t bad as well. The lady assisting me even chose to wait a few minutes after closing hours to allow me to collect my stuff. Would surely try them again.

OVERCHARGED!!! BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favor and go down the street where you’ll be appreciated. They’re nice until you want a credit for their mistake!!! I’m a traveler who used Tuscan for fluff and fold laundry service, which they quoted at $ 5/lb(expensive to begin with, but I needed it done). The lady there, who was very nice at the time, estimated the weight to be 10 lbs. My bag contained approximately 5 t-shirts, 5 underwear, 5 pairs of socks, 1 lycra work out shirt and very light work out pants. I disagreed with her estimate, but she assured me the offsite plant would weigh it and I would be charged for the actual weight. When I picked it up, I was charged for the 10 lbs and was told they didn’t weigh it for some reason. I told her I was going to weigh it at the hotel and come back if it was off. ITWASOFF! At the W hotel on the gym’s digital scale the bag of clothes weighed only 6lbs!!! I was OVERCHARGED by 4 lbs.(67% higher!). I took a pic with my iPhone as evidence. When I went back in to discuss a credit the lady wasn’t there, but I talked to her over their phone. She was rude. She claimed the plant calls them only if the estimated weight is off, and they didn’t call, so it must have been correct. She went on to basically call me a liar and that I must have removed clothes, because it couldn’t have weighed only 6lbs. I have no incentive to lie. I expense my cleaning to my company. I do not pay it out of my own pocket. I tried to get a credit, because it was the right thing to do, as the weight was grossly incorrect. Based on what I was told, it’s very possible they are overcharging everyone who does bulk laundry! DONOTUSETHEMFORFLUFFANDFOLD!!! I also got dry cleaning done there. It was pricier compared to other places in the area(I’ve used 4 different ones. I came here, because they did fluff and fold), and the quality was average at best. I’ve used cleaners on my work trips all over the country, so I know good service when I see it. At first they seemed nice, but they’re FAKE. BTW, another guy came in while I was in there who was picking up 2 pants they had lost!!! OMG! Really??? I will never use them again, nor will at least 5 of my co-workers that I originally referred. Tuscan did not care that they would lose this revenue. They did not care to keep this customer happy. Shame on you Tuscan Cleaners for treating good customers like this!!!

This place charged me $ 34 for 5 items. WTF, are they cleaning my stuff with a toothbrush then sprinkling it with diamond dust or something? Not to mention I dropped off my stuff Tuesday morning and went I went in to pick it up Thursday afternoon and Miss-Ignorance-is-Bliss behind the counter tells me «We were really busy so our machines broke and your clothes are not here, they’ll come after we close.» What does that even mean and what good is it to me that my clothes will be here after you close. Don’t come here unless you really want to wait half a week to pick up your dry cleaning.
