Jamba Juice

Awful customer service, bad enough to keep me from going here again. Love Jamba Juice but this location needs serious customer service training.

Ive always been a fan of these drinks and this place.
What I love about Jamba is that they use fresh ingredients and fast service
One of my favorites is the Kale-​Tibetan breeze it has kale mango Pasion fruit Greek yogurt and chia seeds, full lunch right there, just remember to brush afterwards or you will have a very green smile
The only thing that keeps this place for a 5 star, and it’s not specific to this location but to all the chain, is the lack of variety, they should have more fun options.
other than that this location offers friendly and fast service, actually one of the fastest I have experienced from this chain. Also they got the drink perfect, not to think, not to soft and the right taste.

This place is great, so refreshing after a good workout. Also try the wheat grass shot yum.

This location is always super friendly and very quick. They rarely have a line, the only trouble is parking when the shopping center is busy but that is for all the stores. Their service is great and I highly recommend this location.

I came at just a little before 7 and thought they’d be closed but they were opened a little earlier than expected. Sarah and another gentleman (did not get his name) greeted me with a big smile and made my morning better. I then ordered a Medium Apple N’ Greens smoothie with a hint of orange and she then made my morning even better when she put it in a large cup! I needed that boost this morning and I’m glad that the only Jamba Juice near me has a cheerful and caring employee.

I am not a big fan of juices and smoothies, but every blue moon, and I mean blue, I will have a taste for a frozen juice. A few times I’ve been to this Jamba Juice and I honestly have no idea if there were a lot of extra hidden ingredients in the drinks that I selected. Once, I opted for the Great Greens juice. The menu showed cucumber, apples, kale, etc. in it, so I thought it was just those items blended into a drink. However, once tasting the drink, it tasted a bit too good to be true. Whenever I went back to the nutritional facts, it showed that these were juices mixed together. I’m still not sure if the drink was only fresh fruit and vegetables or if any kind of sugary juices were included in the drink.
The next time I went there and asked the girl who took my order if she could explain to me what the drink actually had in it, she made as if I was holding up the line and wasting her time.
I’ve decided to make my own juices from home so that I can know exactly what’s going in them.

Great service and obviously great smoothies. This one doesn’t get too crowded after 4 pm.
I love the options for dairy free items and the tables set up outdoors. This is right around the corner from my job and it’s a great pick me up or sometimes meal replacement (a large smoothie will have you stuffed).

I had the tropical greens, and wow… it tasted amazing.
I had jamba juice before… but i didn’t really see the hype to it, but i wanted to try it again since I’m trying to be «healthy»
I was so lost.
I didn’t know what to get.
I wanted something sweet.
So the nice guy on the cashier (with blonde hair) gave me some options~ BUT he recommend the «great greens»
I was so skeptical about it. eh, I was down for something new.
It was green, so i guess it was healthy. I really like it.
The only down side… its really pricey! for a small drink…
Still good, great taste, good service, and cute interior.
This really motivated me to just buy my own fresh fruits and greens… and just do it myself at home.

I love Jamba Juice! But this location is just a little slow. The staff members that work here seem to only do one thing at a time. So if you go and its busy, please just be patient. Even though the staff is slow, drinks are made with the same high quality as other Jamba Juices, so its worth the wait. I love their wheat grass shots! They serve it with an orange, which makes a big difference and then its served on a cute little plate! They have daily specials, so be sure to check the board or ask about them!

I’ve been here a half dozen times, usually just to order a smoothie, but I have also occasionally gotten a pretzel or something similarly small to eat. Based on my experiences, this place is essentially the ‘Starbucks of juice.’ It’s good, but not great and a little pricy for what you get. Some of the smoothies I’ve gotten are better than others, but not going to elaborate because that’s just my subjective opinion, and some people would probably not find it helpful or agree with my tastes. The health-​conscious should appreciate this place because it offers optional vitamin/​mineral/​protein/​etc. shots to be blended with your drinks. Another pro is the variety: they do offer a lot of options on their menu, and you can even create your own drink if you’re not sure what to pick.
Overall, decent place to get a smoothie, but not great. In fact, I would almost recommend Sonic as a possible alternative because it’s a lot cheaper.

Good choices in fruits, veggie or blended juices with option to add some boosts; my favorite is Greek yogurt and whey protein.
Place is small, clean and has decent seating area. Employees are efficient.
Apart from juices, they also offer breakfast bowls, wraps, sandwiches and, flat-​breads.
They do introduce new items once in a while but to be honest, their current list is already plentiful.
I like to keep rotating some of the flavors and try new ones as they appear; sometimes they are not so good. It can be as expensive a lunch meal but that is the price of Juices these days anywhere you go.
On a recent visit tried the Caribbean passion; it is something that you can skip… just OK.
Not a bad place to grab a cool, refreshing drink.

This review is dedicated towards the manager of this Jamba Juice. He was rushing the employees and he made remarks that could make them feel bad. He was not professional or polite to the customers either. I felt bad for the cashier because he was doing great but still got pushed around. The place was clean and the juice is great just the manager completely ruined that experience for us n his name was Henry

I love juices! And here everything is fresh :) and the staff is awesome. Good location.

They have really revamped their menu here. I stopped coming here because I found out they use to use juice made with concentrate. Now they have new options that don’t contain soy or milk. I tried the orange reviver juice which was freshly squeezed in front of me. They have lots of fresh juice options. Additionally, they have some smoothies that are made with a fresh juice base. The tropical harvest is really good. This place is lactose friendly.

I love the new menu!!! It’s more whole fruit and veggie based versus the old menu which was just a bunch of frozen yogurt and concentrated syrup. I usually get the Orange Carrot Karma or the Orange Reviver Juice, which are both dairy & sugar free and they are delicious!!! If you are looking for a light snack or a sweet dessert, try getting a juice or a smoothie for a change. Eat healthy, live happy!

Good spot to go to when you want a smoothie kick, or don’t have time for lunch and need a meal replacement. The wait can be long though, that can be the only downer. Stick with the smoothies though… they have added some food items, and I did not care for them. I actually got it free during a scratch off promotion they were doing. I love their wheat grass shots too!!! Take a shot and stick that orange in your mouth and you will have a natural boost of energy. Mmm!

I absolutely love the Aloha Pineapple smoothie– tasty and refreshing on a hot day. They even offer some free boosts to add to the smoothies.
The negative is the attitude of the employees. I don’t think I have ever seen any of them smile. Most of them look annoyed and sulk like they hate their jobs. Not sure what is going on with them. At least the smoothies are good!

I have to give props to this specific Jamba Juice location. Truth be told, I have been know to frequent multiple Jamba locations, but this one is my favorite because of the consistency with which they make their smoothies.
I have been to many other Jamba locations, and the smoothies here always taste like they are supposed to. I have had issues with other Jamba locations not making their smoothies to spec, that is why whenever I can, I choose this location as opposed to the one on my way to work or even the one at the mall I work at.
The only complaint I have about this location, is several times I have ordered a baked good, but then it turns out they are out of it when they still have displays of said baked good out in the case.
Other than that, this location is solid and definitely highly recommended. The staff is always über-​friendly and it’s always kept very clean. In my opinion, this is the best Jamba in the DFW area based off my experience.

My last visit here was during the lunch hour and as expected I found it to be fairly busy. I was extremely pleased to see they did not waste any time opening a second register to take orders along with adding another person to make the smoothies. This quickly reduced the number of people waiting in line. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
On this visit I changed up my smoothie order and went with the «Apples N Green». It’s a blend of apple-​strawberry and green vegetable juices with peaches, mangoes and bananas. I added a scoop of whey protein. Adding that scoop of whey to a medium smoothie results in the equivalent of a large smoothie (they literally had to put it in a large cup). Delicious, nutritional and fairly cost effective I highly recommend this smoothie and this location. I will return.

I love the Jamba Juice here. The employees here are funny and always make the best tasting smoothies. I prefer my smoothies a little more thick and chunky and they always make it perfectly. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu from this little place, and even the wheat grass shots are better tasting than other places.
I don’t know, they must sprinkle some magic in their drinks.
