Pretty impressed so far. I checked into this hotel last night for a business trip. Nicole at the front desk was very polite and told me about the free wifi. The room and common areas have all been clean and nicely decorated. I haven’t seen anything that needed repair yet. It’s the small touches that make this place outstanding. I looked out my window at the pool this morning and saw that they have a chair by the pool that helps handicapped people into the pool. So thoughtful! They even have nice little touches at breakfast including real walnuts for your oatmeal, shredded cheese for the eggs, and a sea salt grinder. The bed was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang my clothes in the closet. My only minor complaint was that there is very little space on the bathroom counter top. Girls have a lot of bathroom products and it would help of they would hang a mirror over the desk so I could do my hair and makeup there as well. Would definitely come back.

Updating a previous post as I’ve stayed here multiple times. The staff is super friendly and remembers you, which is nice. Professional and courteous service. Clean rooms always. They have my room keys ready to go upon arrival, every time. Van drivers’ have always been great in my opinion while staying at this location. Love my Marriott branded hotels, as I always see the quality, unlike other large hotel chains. Definitely a hotel I’ll continue to go back to.

Booked thru Priceline. They gave me a double bed even though I asked 4 King. Got to room and it was a double bed as well as the keys didn’t work. Had to go back to desk. While there I pulled up the fine print on the reservation which said«room assigned on checkin/bed type should be requested at hotel. Based on availability» The guy at the counter refused 2 change my room to a King even though he said they DID have available King rooms. Claimed it was hotel policy with this type of reservation. Calmly showed him the fine print. Still refused! Then he had the nerve to get pissy with me asking questions. I’ve booked many times with this type of reservation on Priceline and never had this issue. Every hotel has been accommodating to a simple bed type request. The guy claimed he’s worked at several hotels and NONE of them do that?!! Are you kidding me?!! If you book here expect to get whatcha get regardless of what the fine print says!!! Management and corporate will be getting notified.

Friendliest Hotel Staff I have EVER met! Everybody from the shuttle drivers, to front desk agents, and even the lady setting up the breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL. The shuttle drivers were so timely, helpful, efficient, and friendly! They complied to all requests happily and with a great attitude. The front desk was always very nice and went above and beyond their duties. The breakfast lady allowed me to grab my cup of coffee and what-not even though it was before 6am because I needed to catch my flight, no fuss or attitude whatsoever! She even added a smile and made sure I was on my way. The rooms are clean, amenities were present, and although my keys were deactivated for one of my nights, it was no trouble getting it reactivated and they apologized for any inconvenience. I would definitely return and please recognize the staff, they were great!
