Jack in the Box

Not to many jack in the box have good service and good food this place has both. Come in and try it out the place needs some updating but the food is fresh and the people are good. So come in and have a burger trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Truly… This star is due to the fact that our food was made fresh. I know this is sad and maybe management should maybe consider tact and communication a skill that should be worked on…
So, after the Winter Jam, we were
All hyped up on Jesus and Jesus tunes. When we found this lucation we we’re static that the dining room area was open till 2 am. We were famished being at a concert from 4pm-​1 am, the poor employees did get a rush of us.
So this is where everything went south.
They didn’t have money in a register or had any dining room registers turned on.
The manager guy did try to turn it in for about 10 minutes in between taking orders at the drive through window… But no orders were taken from any of us. Finally, he took one person’s order then punched it into the drive through register. (That was an awesome move into the right direction), then he told the two young girls in our youth group they would have to wait. he could take their order after he took at least 4 ‘cars’ orders.
Then, when he was ready, seeing these girls only had 8 dollars told them that he couldn’t give them what they wanted. (Chicken tenders and a small burger with just ketchup) so I intervened and asked if he could give them kids meals, then they could afford it. Obviously, not thrilled with my intervention for my youth daughters, he made them wait 4 more cars’ length before re-​entering the right way.
Then it was my turn and I had 3 people with me… Anyways this is really long, although let’s just say he punished my wait to order until the girls’ food was gone, then threw our orders in a bag. Will not return and will not recommend JIB. After my order, we left and I just shared my food with the rest of the group until we could find another place to stop.
We brought a bus full of business and they treated us like trash. UBER sad.

I just spent 5 minutes standing at the front counter listening to your conversation while no one acknowledged me… Finally, I poke my head around the corner to ask «does anyone work here?» oh, and by the way, McDonald’s greeted me as soon as I walked in their door!

Came here Sunday night at 740. This place is filthy and it’s not like they have too many customers to clean. Zero customer service when I ordered. Shortly after I ordered a customer went to the counter complain followed by the manager mad dogging him as he walked back to the table where his family was sitting. Go somewhere else please

Messed my order 3 times already, they need to train their employees better during their hiring training, at least they replaced my order always they messed up :)

Truthfully, this Jack In The Box isn’t anything extra fantastic compared to others. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice facility and the people that work there are all really cool and friendly. My 5 stars is simply for the fact that I LOVE Jack In The Box and unfortunately, this particular one is the only one I routinely come across in my travels.
Here’s my standard order that I get every time. Ultimate Breakfast sandwich combo with juice or coffee. Doesn’t end there. Additionally, I ALWAYS a 7 order of the Jalapeño Poppers! Those things are are to die for! :-)
