I love greasy burgers and fries. But I love the burger to be greasy, not the bun. My bun was soaked and I ate inside so it came from the kitchen like that. The burger didn’t taste good at all. Salted fries are good also, but unfortunately these fries weren’t salted. And lastly the girl behind the counter sounded like she had a mouthful of marbles. I ordered a Monterey Melt and her response was was a single word… «melt» and I said«yes, Monterey Melt». She repeated«melt». And I repeated my order. This went on 4 times until I finally figured out she was saying«meal», as in including fries and a drink. But with her blank stare, I’m guessing she could have kept up that witty banter all night long.

Foods great. Service is terrible. They always mess up on the orders at this location. And for fast food it takes 10−15min for one order for a cheese burger.

it’s kinda like an unhealthy version of Burger King… In Texas they serve a lot of cold drink in Styrofoam cups, I couldn’t figure out why until my starbucks ice tea created a pool of condensation in my rental car cupholder and submerged my phone. given it was a balmy 106 today with 80% humidity. anyhow. They serve this version of tea. they call it along with the rest of Texas calls it unsweetened tea. Why they don’t call it tea is beyond me. that’s pretty good and about 1⁄3 of the price of starbucks AND in a Styrofoam cup that stays cold for a few hours. Anyhow. the rest of the menu uses a lot of brown BBQ sauce and A1 on it’s food…

I frequent this particular establishment because of its friendly staff. Managers great. I feel like Norm at Cheers. Todays visit was not great. Place was somewhat busy. No one at the counter. Nobiggie for me. I understand. After some yelling that there was a customer at the counter, a unfriendly clerk grudgingly took my order. It is 9:35am i requested a honey butter chicken biscuit. The lady says, «We dont serve breakfast anymore. No more. Just no more.» Okayyyyy. I ordered combo whatever. I sat down, and waited for my order. 5 minutes later, As I began to eat, this older gentleman sits down. He is brought a breakfast taquito and a coffee. Really? That has egg. My wonderful, dreamy Honey Butter Chicken biscuit DOESNOT.

Had the avocado bacon burger with fries. The food was good and the service was fast. This place is always packed when I come here!

Been a customer for the longest, until some disrespectful kids took forever to get my food. Called and ask for the regional manager, gave me some random number. Will never go back, and I will use the power of the review to make sure Whataburger employees respect customers all the time.

I just found the longest piece of hair curled up in my egg, in my bacon egg and cheese biscuit. So gross!

Started coming to this location when my last order was received incorrectly at the Beltline location. That was already after a few lengthy drive thru waits.(See my review on them for more). Well, I shall wait and receive wrong orders no more — this location off the service road to 183 is much more efficient. Even for late nights or early mornings; I haven’t had a problem yet.

I’ve heard so much about this west coast eatery that’s family owned and operated! The service was good. Double burger was bigger than the double at Wendy’s. If you eat in, they bring your food to your table. Lots of young kids being young working. They all seemed genuinely happy to see you. The cinnamon roll was ginormous. My husband had an apple pie and said it was better than McDonald’s. I would eat here again. I was full for the entire night – didn’t need dinner.

Okay, so I order a burger & my total is $ 6.05. I give the young man $ 11.05. He looks at me with a attitude & says, «you want to give me this much money?» I said yes. He still didn’t understand. I had to tell him to hone me back a 5.

I didn’t see what the big deal was about. Heard my Texan neighbors talk about this place a lot so when I was finally in the state thought I had to give it a try. It was okay, and I was pretty hungry. Nothing close to In n Out or Five Guys, or the Habit or anything like that. That wondrous ketchup everyone raves about was also good, but not as cool as the million sauces you get at Chic Fil A

Just sending this place some love. It’s a tradition for my husband and I to go to this Whataburger anytime we fly back from anywhere for a nice tray full of steaming hot«Welcome back!» It’s right next to DFW airport, and it’s definitely a Texas tradition. Yesss I want jalapenos on my cheeseburger. And while I pretty much hate all forms of ketchup, Whataburger has pretty awesome spicy ketchup!

My son told me about whataburger, we dont have them in Colorado. So here we are. The four stars is because my fries had a hair in it when they came, with that being said the four stars was for the food. It was WAY better than in and out. Twice the size, and the burger was way better. The lady was really nice and prompt in replacing my fries. Would come again

This is just a typical Whataburger, but it was a better breakfast than the Hilton’s $ 11 buffet and at a better price. I’m not a huge fan of their fries(they seem to get cold really fast), but most Whataburgers are pretty good for a quick bite. If you are staying nearby and have never been to one of these fast food joints, I’d give them a try.

We don’t have these in San Diego and after our flight landed, we were hungry something fierce! So on the way to Grapevine, which was probably in the opposite direction — who knows? — we stopped in to eat at the insistence of one of my co-workers(and who am I to ever turn down a hamburger?). Two of us ordered cheeseburgers the old-fashioned way. Another asked for low-carb. Now, we were in Texas, not California so the idea of low-carb perplexed our order taker a bit. We tried to explain to substitute the lettuce for the bun. You know, wrap the burger in lettuce? What ensued was so cute… a salad with a hamburger on top LOL! Jody, the sweetest little lady, checked on us from time to time. She kept trying to tell us about the St. Patrick’s day activities going on. The only downside was the cookies. I ordered three to go, and it took a few minutes. So we’re all thinking, «Ooooh nice. They’re baking them up fresh.» Nah, they were just wrapped in plastic bags and weren’t very tasty. All in all, a good experience. Just don’t ask for low-carb. Make the day you’re in Whataburger 738 your«I’m allowed to eat bread» day! You’ll be just fine.

Goint to Whataburger is just one of the manyfixesthat I need to get when I come back to Texas. The closest one to me in LA is in Phoenix, AZ. I don’t normally review fast food chains, but this oneis special. My last visit to my hometown found me wanting to try Whataburger’s new green chile burger, so I did. It was a creative departure from their usual, and i did enjoy it. I noticed that they brought back one of my all-time faves: the A1 burger. When I come back home for the Xmas holidaze I’llbe getting one!

Just your standard Whataburger, which I do think is tasty but not quite what everyone has it cracked up to be. Of the few Whataburgers I have been to in the DFW area, this one wins points for the friendliest staff(thus the 4 instead of just 3)

In TX for grandpa’s funeral. Flew in and stayed across the street from this place. Had no car so this was my only dinner option. Standard fast food.
