Extremely bad costumer service even the mechanics are very sarcastic and have no idea on how to talk with a lady. It has been my 3^rd wheel alignment in 1 year and bought a set of 4 new tires in May and did an alignment with it went back and did another alignment in August I already need two back tires cause they are all worn out but nobody brought to my attention what was going on with my vechicle wost place ever to get things done to your vechicle. Very unprofessional people! And bad management seriously what kind of manager takes a lunch break at 10 am. When you open at 7?! Oh well you can’t fix stupid

Poor, poor customer service especially by Juan Lopez the store manager… How he got this position, I’ll never know. — - Rude and didn’t listen to the customer’s wants or needs… Paid 66 dollars to have 3 or the 4 front lights on my car replaced. When ready I noticed that they only did 2 of the 3 that I had requested. They wanted to charge me for labor again after I had just finished paying them. Juan Lopez (the poor manager) refused to listen and stated, «Do you want us to give you something for free?» — — I just paid you 66 dollars for labor and because of YOUR oversight, you are wanting to recharge me labor… Must be some type of heavy duty meds or something.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Went here last January to purchase a tire, hubcap and get an alignment. The employee told me that the alignment numbers didn’t match on the sheet, but that it was ok. Doubtful. After leaving, I realized that they left my spare in the trunk instead of putting it back. The trunk was otherwise empty so it was moving around, making noise as I drove. You would think for the high prices they charge, they could at least do that. They did not have hubcap in stock, but said they would order it and call me in a few days when it came in. A week later, I called and was told it hadn’t been ordered, but they would order it today and call me when it came in. Never received a call, went somewhere else.
Apparently, I’m a glutton for punishment because I went back in July to purchase another tire. I asked them to make sure that they put the spare away since this had happened to me before. After waiting 3 hours for one tire, I drove away and once again heard the spare rattling around in the trunk. I went back in a few days later asking them to put it away. I was told it would be a 90 minute wait so I left. I wrote a message on their corporate website and received a call from Juan Lppez, the store manager. I work 7 days a week so it was a couple of weeks before I could take more time off to come back in. When I came back in, they put the spare back in, but it was now obvious that they had damaged my trunk floor. They ordered me a new one after I came back in again when the manager was in. When it arrived, it was folded in the packaging so it has a permanent bubble towards the back. They gave me a free oil change, but that didn’t equal to the pay I lost for several trips. Not happy!!!

If you plan to get an oil change here, beware! They’ll damage your car while doing the oil change then basically refused to compensate for the damage, instead just a refund the last oil change that caused the damage, a whopping $ 37 to compensate for $ 200 of damage! Rip off.

Terrible service. Went online yesterday set an early an appointment and still waiting for completion 1.5hrs later. Appears they may have scratched the wheels as well and I’ll need to inspect. There is ZERO speed or intensity., first in first out then appointments take priority. I don’t see that happening. Also, consider not assigning one man to the entire job but divide labor. But a man on your tire machine and balancer while others are pulling wheels/​tires etc. if you could find ways to turn cars quicker your work day may actually get better. I doubt any management will read this, no problem. Unless you are just a die hard Firestone fan then stay away. Go to discount tire where they are probably staffed and seem to care about their customers time.

They did get my car taken care of but they kept telling me oh how great the tech was. Then at the end of the day I pay an go home and the technician did put the bottom of my car back together all the way ! And of course all I get is a sorry !

Horrible service. They were extremely rude when I went in for an oil change and seemed more interested in trying to upswell me to a different service from the standard oil change I asked for. Then proceeded to tell me I was taking care of my car wrong before telling me the wait would be three hours. This is ridiculous, since there were only two other people waiting there at the time. I was so frustrated with the rudeness that I just walked out and took my car up the road to a competitor. Never again will I go to Firestone. They are a ripoff that tries to sell you a bunch of things you don’t really need.

I almost didn’t go to this store because of the bad reviews but I went because I needed by tire fixed (nail).
Stephanie greeted me and placed my order to have my tire repaired.
Fast service and Stephanie was courteous and professional.
I told Stephanie about the bad reviews, she said they knew but they now have a new manager which has turned things around.

Love these guys! Very trustworthy! I will *never* go to another place. They are honest and get the work done.

It’s going to stay at three star. The district manager agreed that I get my wheels repaired at their 2^nd «best» store in his district. So I agreed, the repair took 3 attempts, each with damages/​imperfection noted. The manager I dealt with at the other store started off impatient and did not believe me when I said I found more damages after the repair… etc. but that’s for a different store. I found out the reason of my damaged wheel is most likely alignment equipment this fire stone uses. If you care about your wheel, even stock wheels, I would venture else where. You don’t need to fork out hundreds of dollars for damages and attitude. I am banned to deal with them because I’m am too particular about my wheels not getting damaged… apparently. They also terminated my life time warranty I had previously paid for. Funny, how they can terminate a contract anytime it is convenient for them. I also had to leave my car at the shop for 4 days; imagine the headache.

Took my car there to get A/​C fixed and two new tires. I ended up not getting the A/​C fixed there because they said it was going to start at $ 1600 but could easily be higher (I went down the road immediately afterwards to Auto Tech and they fixed it for $ 850.) What I was more upset about was the tires. I asked him to put the two new tires on the back because that was what I was always told. But when I got the car back I noticed that the new ones where on the front. I went back in and asked his to please rotate the tires and the guy made a big fuss about it saying that it not important to rotate the tires and doesn’t matter where the new ones are. When they finally agreed to do it, I read the pamphlet they gave me and even it said to put new tires on the back. I think these people are just lazy.

Couldn’t be less impressed with this place!
First, my girlfriend took her car in for a leaking tire and decided to let them go ahead with the regular maintenance that was due.
The service writer wasn’t exactly rude, but he wasn’t helpful or respectful. Later that day, the SW called to say the car was ready to be picked up. After asking if everything was completed and being assured it was, she left thinking all was well.
Of course it wasn’t and the next morning her tire pressure was low in the same tire. This alerted her that not only was the tire not repaired, but the rotation hadn’t been completed either.
She called the store and informed them of the issue and they told her to bring it back in. After another inconvenient day, she picked her car up to more assurance that the rotation had been completed as well as the tire repair.
You guessed it, tire still leaks! I must say that they did complete the rotation which put the leaking tire on the front axle. Much safer that way (sarcasm intended)
At this point I get involved to be assured again by the original service writer that all work was completed, but he would re-​inspect the car for free since I had concerns.
Sure enough, our inspection revealed that no tire repair had occurred and there was still a lovely nail sticking out of the tread.
I wish the story ended with a quick simple repair, but no such luck.
The tire was not repairable, so the SW declared and a new tire was promptly sold to us.
Biting my tongue, I told them to proceed with replacement as my girlfriend’s safety is my primary concern. I was told, «give me an hour and I’ll call you when it’s done»
That was 3:00 PM Friday…
… I called Firestone at 11:00 AM Saturday to see if they were still changing the tire since I had received no phone call. To my surprise, the work was indeed completed and they awaited our pickup and payment. When I asked why no one had called to let us know the car was ready, I was told that they did call and we should check our voicemail.
By now, I’m sure you can guess that there was no voicemail and no missed call on either of our cell phones.
The short of it is, the people at this location don’t concern themselves with customer service or quality of work. For me, the safety of my loved ones is paramount and I’ll never use this place again.

Very nice that this place is near the mall and restaurants. Gives you some place to walk t if you don’t want to sit and wait for your car to get finished.
I asked for a high mileage oil change and that’s what I got. They did not try to sell me anything else. Costs $ 42.99 for 5 quarts of Kendall oil and a oil filter change. I forgot to ask for 5W-​30 oil and they ended up giving me 10W-​30 instead. I wish they would have asked me what kind of oil I wanted.
I talked to them on the phone before going and I asked if I could get a free tire rotation since I have 4 Bridgestone tires and they said yes. When I got in, they would only do it for free if I bought the tires there, but I told them about the conversation I had over the phone and they did the rotation for me for free.
They also cleaned my windshield and did a courtesy check of my belts.

BEWARE!
I took my 2003 Crown Victoria to this shop to diagnose and repair whatever was causing the steam to emanate from under my hood. I chose this location because it is very close to my office. Soon after I left my vehicle, the service consultant called. «You have a bad head gasket. And if you replace one you should replace both.» Crap. «How much»? I asked. «About $ 2,500», said he, «of course, if your head is cracked the cost to repair that is not included.» Well, of course not, I thought. He went on to tell me that I must have driven the car while it was overheated, otherwise this never would have happened. Whaaaat? I had not, and I was quite offended by his haughty attitude.
A coworker, after hearing me rant and rave, recommended another local mechanic whom his family has used for years. We called the other mechanic, who said it would cost $ 900 to replace both head gaskets at his shop, IF that is the problem. Furthermore, he said it would cost up to $ 500 more if the head was cracked.
I retrieved the car from Firestone, paid $ 21.99 for their «comprehensive vehicle inspection» and took it to the other shop for a second opinion. Turns out Firestone was wrong — due either to incompetence or intentional misrepresentation. I had a cracked intake manifold, total cost to repair $ 569. Problem solved.
Bottom line: Firestone misdiagnosed my problem for whatever reason. They were going to charge me almost three times what my new friend Robby Lopez would have charged to replace the head gaskets. And they copped an attitude. I have contacted Firestone’s corporate office and reported this to them. I also asked them to refund the fee I paid for their «comprehensive» inspection. I will update this review with the result.
