David and Hunter are a great team! My mom and I purchased a mattress with a different manufacturer and they completely cancelled on her and told her that they wouldn’t be able to get her anything until a week after she moved into her new apartment. Yeah… no. So we found that Mattress Firm provided same day delivery, which is an awesome help! The service was exceptional and David and Hunter(both over the phone and in person) helped my mom find a mattress and get it delivered later that night! She was so happy and so was I. They made her move and night more worthwhile! I am so glad we found them!

This was my very first mattress purchase and i can say that it was a great experience because of Brian the store manager. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He explained to us our purchase options and and then turned us in the right direction by asking us how we normally sleep. The whole deal took about an hour and we walked out the door. Delivery was set for a week later by my request and it was received on time. Thanks Brian!

I am ONLY giving 2 stars because of Tia the sales associate. She has been very patient with me on the phone during this whole ordeal. She is the only good thing at this location. To start, it took about 3 hours to purchase due to computer problems. Once purchased they told me it would be about a week(Saturday Aug 30th) when my matrresses for my sons would be delivered. Fine I get it, you guys have a lot scheduled for delivery, no problem. Saturday comes and the window of time I was told was 9-Noon. Noon came and so I called only to find out it was 9−1pm due to it being a holiday weekend. Ok fine I will wait an hour to see if they show. 1pm comes and so I call back to the store. She then informs me the truck broke down and they need to reschedule. When I informed her that I paid for delivery for today between 9 – 1 and that they did not deliver the package she informed me they would be refunding my delivery fee and upgrading my mattresses to new instead of floor models. Re-delivery now scheduled for Monday(September 1 between 9 – 1 again). 11am comes on MOnday and I get a phone call from Tia informing me that they don’t have my mattress on the truck AGAIN they cannot deliver when promised. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone at the deilvery place only to be told«They dont take public calls». What kind of manager doesn’t take calls from the public?! They told me Monday night between 7pm — 11pm. 11PM!!! These mattresses are for my boys and they have school tomorrow! I am still waiting for a manager to call. I will update this if they decide to ever deliver my stuff. If I were a new customer I would go down the road to the other mattress store. You can buy their crap all day and they will fail to deliver. When they fail to deliver don’t expect ANY kind of customer support. I hope someone from corporate sees this and fires everyone except Tia. WHATKINDOFDISTRICTMANAGERDOESNOTTALKTOSOMEONEYOUFAILEDTODELIVERTWICETO???
