Mattress Firm Clearance

This Mattress Firm location has sales and clearance going on. I was able to get a NEW Serta memory foam, bed box, and free frame for under $ 600.

I had not purchased a mattress in years, but due to a recent tornado where I lost my whole second floor meaning all my beds and etc. I found myself in Mattress Firm, to replace what I had lost. Alysse greeted me upon entering, and was the «Sleep Expert» throughout the whole experience. She was exceptional in customer service, understanding and meeting ALL my needs. I only needed 2 sets, but felt like buying more just to keep the engagement of the experience going! The selections, the pricing, the sales on pillows, all I can say it was a WOW experience!!! My mother had come with me, and she too ended up buying a mattress that she didn’t even need just because the service and pricing was so excellent! I will never go anywhere else for any future mattress/​pillow needs! Be sure to look for Alysse, she will hook you up!

This was my first time purchasing a mattress and Alysse at Mattress Firm made it such an easy experience. I told her I needed something comfortable but inexpensive and she showed me several beds in a low to mid price range that were very comfortable (just what I asked for). Buying a mattress is akin to buying a car, except that the salespeople aren’t quite as savvy. There’s lots of price (and bed) padding, sales that will confuse the hell out of you, and downright bullying is some situations.
We bought our bed here in ’04, and the experience was frustrating, but fine. When my cousin moved here, she wanted a cheap bed, and we went bed shopping with her.
We walked into this place, and just wanted to look around. We had been attacked by a number of rabid mattress salespeople over the course of the day, so we were wary. We walked in and immediately were greeted «How can I help you?!» Nothing strange about that. «We’re just gonna look a bit,» we told Keith, who’s name was emblazoned on his shirt. «Fine.»
There were signs all over the place: 10% off! 50% off! Free Frame! There was no rhyme or reason. So my cousin asked «Which are the ones on sale?» No answer. Maybe he didn’t hear us. I asked «Excuse me, can you tell me which are on sale?» Nothing. And he was 10 feet from us, staring at us. At this point my husband just looked at me and mouthed «WTF?»
So we walked over and asked again. Keith turned to us and said, «You said you didn’t need help, so there you go. I’m not helping you.» Are you effing kidding me? «Really?» I said. «Yep.» My husband looked at him and said «You are a total asshole.» And we walked out. And went to Mattress Discounters next door and bought a bed there.
What a tool.
